Amazing customer service from this family owned business. We are now on our second trailer from them and will definitely be coming back. Kathy, Daniel, and Steve took wonderful care of us and we absolutely love our new trailer!

Terrible customer service as nobody ever answers the phone or responds to emails in a timely fashion. For a trailer that was purchased back in May of 2022, I have yet received any notification from the Arapahoe County regarding license plates and have asked Mile High Trailers several times for an update with no answers back. At this point, it would be hard for me to recommend buying a trailer from Mile High Trailers.

I have bought 2 trailers from them, 1 was a custom cargo trailer this spring which came in exactly as ordered. They sell trailers at competitive prices but the trailers come with many standard features that are extras at other places. This makes their trailers a better value than other places.

Can not overstate how pleased I was with a snowmobile trailer through this company. Steven was super responsive by email, held the trailer for me, and it was just an all-around exceptional buying experience. Their customer service is top notch. At closing time I was in and out in 15 minutes and back on the road with the trailer hooked up. It tows exceptionally well (mission trailer 101x12) and looks great. Side door is super convenient for interior access and I would highly highly highly recommend Steven and Mile High Trailers.

We recently purchased a Charmac trailer from these guys. It was a fully custom order, they told us up front it was going to be 3-4 months, it took slightly longer, which we kind of anticipated with the way most productions are backed up right now . The trailer quality is great and was worth the wait. The only thing we would change out of the whole experience is for slightly better communication.

Good people but make sure you get everything and they are not great at communication. I bought an enclosed trailer that did not have keys for one of the doors. 8 months later, after repeatedly asking, I've had $2000 worth of stuff stolen. They are very non-responsive.
