If I could leave negative stars I would. Makayla was employee assisting us today. We came into the store to correct 2 paint colors that were mixed the day before with the advice of the store manager. Makayla was inept and combative from the first words she spoke, and it only went down hill from there. I've never experienced customer service as poor as hers. We have a real estate company and have exclusively used Sherwin Williams for the last 10 years for entire interior and exterior painting projects on a number of properties and thanks to Makayla we will no longer give our business to Sherwin Williams. She will quickly and surely destroy the reputation of this store and I would highly encourage she be removed, or retrained at the very least. I would never let her represent my business. Will be contacting corporate first thing Monday.

I had two young kids with me and the associate helping us was SO patient, and took extra time to help me find the right paint colors. Also there was a small mixup with my order and the associates took responsibility (it wasn’t a big deal) and made it right, right away and with no hassle. I was very encouraged and impressed.

EXCELLENT SERVICE received from Anna at this store! She was courteous, patient, professional & expeditious. Way better than any of the big box stores. Anna has an awesome eye for color and helped me tremendously! Will definitely buy at this store again in future & highly recommend!

I went in looking to match a paint I had used before. Anna was so helpful! She made ever effort to match the color for me and offered suggestions on how to make my painting project more successful. Love the location as well!

I own Curb Appeal in Northern Colorado. I started coming to this location as soon as they opened due the convenience of being much closer to my house. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about their products and eager to help! This is going to be one of the better S-W stores in this market.

Don’t waist your time. They don’t sell their contractor grade paint and are unable to match the color. If your house was built by Journey Homes the only Sherwin Williams store that carries contractor or commercial line of paints is on hwy392 and I25
