RodWorks came through with flying colors for us. We had an event that needed a gift for a door prize. I called and gave them our budget. When we arrived, they had a gift all put together and ready for us. It was PERFECT! Later that day, I returned and bought some other things from them for myself and some personal gifts I needed. The people that work there are so kind and helpful. I love their selections! I'll definitely shop here again.

I would've bought more but with 6 women and two men in the store only the women were asked if they needed help. I mean it is 2022, men need assistance too sometimes. It was like Kirkland's with a tude. But, I'd prolly come back tho.

Awesome selection of anything home decor related. Check out experience left me unwilling to return. Person there just wanted me gone. Well, I wasn't leaving until I felt I could safely carry my items without them breaking. Firstly she dumped a vase into the plastic bag and knocked the other one, all without any apology or acknowledgement. When I asked for wrapping paper she grudgingly handed me one half of a sheet. This is the first place I'd shopped where they don't wrap your breakables. I've had better check out experiences at my supermarket. Very disappointed.

I love to shop at Rod works! I always find great things for my house!! I am in the at risk category and I still feel safe and comfortable shopping here! They social distance, sanitize, and limit capacity. The staff is helpful and friendly. Love this store!!

I shopped there on Friday 7/3/2020 and walked around for about 15 minutes before I realized that none of the staff were wearing face masks. Masks are required by all businesses in Larimer County, but clearly the staff with this company do not care if they are violating the law or care that they might be putting their customers at risk. This is the most inconsiderate business that I have ever encountered! Shame on you for begin so selfish and thinking you are too cool to have to protect your customers!I am in the "at-risk" population due to health issues and this was one of the first times that I decided to try venturing out of the house. I am now experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 and had to go be tested. I will notify the health department of these issues.

This is by far my favorite locally owned home decor shop. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. Every time I come in the doors I feel a very warm welcome. Plus I always seem to find the perfect piece for my home!
