My old iPhone decided to quit working last night and I was so stressed out because I hadn’t backed it up in awhile. I came into the store today and Kari helped me. She was so nice and explained everything in a way I actually understood. She got me setup with a new phone and was even able to get everything off of my old phone!!! It was so easy and painless. I’m so thankful! Thank you Kari!!! I’ll be telling everyone to come see you if they need help!

We had a great experience at this location. Grant helped us and was truly outstanding. We were switching from another provider on a business account moving to a personal account and needed to add a new line as well. Grant walked us through the somewhat complex process from start to finish and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to get everything set up. Great customer service; can’t say enough about how helpful Grant was in the process of our switch. We appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend Grant and this location for any Verizon needs.

Darsh did a great job for us, he reviewed our account and help us get into the right plan that fit our family. He also took the time to find out that we were eligible for an additional discount and he helped us get that as well.

This is the best Verizon store I’ve ever been to. Darsh was amazing! He provided all the information my husband and I needed to purchase the right phones and plan for our needs. Laughed the entire time and he never rushed us even though I know he was past his business hours.

KJ was fabulous! I usually dread going in to get a new phone but she made it easy and simple… And relatively short! She also got me a great deal and even a $400 credit on an old one out cracked phone! KJ was awesome and I recommend her to you and I recommend this location! I feel blessed!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was sent here because the other store couldn't do what I needed. Super friendly environment, Darsh was amazing and super helpful going over phones and their specs, and being patient with the speed bumps we ran into. 100% recommend this store for their customer service!

Ask for Brandan Barr when you go in! He is great. Explains everything to you and keeps you laughing the whole time. Best part is he helps find all the best deals so you leave with him helping you out as you help him out too. You won’t regret it!

Hands down best customer service you can find. You looking to do anything Verizon?? Go here! We walked in to get a new phone for our friend, but ended up making two new friends instead. The manager Darsh helped us get the phone we wanted and was very intelligent. 10/10 would recommend, and will be back if I need anything from Verizon. Savannah was absolutely amazing in helping me get a new phone, new plan and help our family save money. She spent hours with me going over everything in detail and was so kind and supportive, she went above and beyond! A shout out to her associate Cody as well for stepping in and helping when she was not there as well. Great customer service!!

Typical bait and switch. We went to check on upgrading our phones and were told by Josh after spending some time going over what our trade in values were and it seemed to be a good proposal. Fast forward a few days and returned and our phones had been sold. We dealt with Savannah after that and she ordered the phones that were sold and promised everything would not change. However, when we returned the promotions had And I quote! (ENDED, But she promised that the credits would show up before the next billing cycle.) Here we are a month later and still have a full balance due on the phones we purchased with NO credit to the account, meanwhile Verizon is still showing adds for the trade in credit. I thought going to an independent store would have better results but definitely got rick rolled. We should have kept our working phones and not gotten sold into a new contract.
