“I just finished doing some community service at this place and I had a blast! The amount of stuff this place gets on a regular basis is mind boggling and from all different places that donate to them! You really gotta go check it out cause you won't believe some of the things they have furniture wise, tools, outdoor stuff, electrical, hvac even Christmas decor and Halloween outfits. And the stuff on the floor doesn't stay for long so everytime you go in you will find new different things so don't wait in something you may love thinking it will be there next time you go cause it won't! I worked every Saturday for 5 weeks and nothing was the same when I came in each week!! And the staff are amazing!!! So helpful!!! Love what they do!!!”

“Enjoy thrifting and have gone to 10+ arc locations in Colorado. I like this location because it has a lot of stuff in all sections.Pros: cheap, wide variety, quick turnover of items, good fines especially on their Saturday 50% offCons: thieves are common, staff could be rude, crowded with people and homeless population stay by entrance a lot of the time.I did have a negative experience with one of the staff where she opened the fitting room while changing instead of knocking. Fitting rooms have been unlocked the 3 times I’ve been there”

“Is this the most beautiful place you'll ever shop? No. Does it do the job? Absolutely. I was dismayed to move here and find out most of the Goodwills here don't have fitting rooms. This makes it basically useless to me as 1. pants never fit me even when I do try them on 2. they only offer store credit for returns. I asked on nextdoor what is a girl to do and a few people mentioned ARC has fitting rooms. Hooray! This store is fairly large and has a great selection of clothes AND FITTING ROOMS. They have aisles of home goods as well but I was mostly focused on finding some sweaters and jackets on this visit. Will definitely head back and probably try out other ARC locations as well.”

“I live close to this location, and I am pleased with how they organize the clothing. I bought a couple of blazers here which are normally really expensive. These were in great shape, and I only paid $5 each! I got a bright pink one and a lavender one. I like how they organized the clothes in colors (like I do my closet). It was very easy to find the colors I was looking for this way. I also got a brand new pair of sun glasses for only $5! I am very happy with this store, and the employees that work it. When I donate here, they are all so helpful and getting things unloaded and into the proper bins for further sorting. I am a fan!”

“In a time where Goodwill has become crazy with their pricing I found that this one is good by comparison. There are still items here and there that the pricing is laughable and cheap gooey shoes for 14.99 when they are Target brand and just gross is wasteful. Unless brand new or high end, used shoes should be cheap. Anyway this place still does half off certain color tags. You can hunt for that color and half off makes the prices back to pre-pandemic prices. There were plenty of employees and they all seemed to be doing a really great job. Friendly and positive. Out of Aurora and Castle Rock and Parker this is the better priced location.”

“Big 5 stars because of Arc employee CURTIS excellent customer service !!! On this saturday the store was slammed and they were short handed so I offered my help to an elderly lady (80's) with a piece of furniture to her car. Of course it wouldn't fit and it was blistering hot outside. The woman was distraught because she felt she had landed the best deal ever on this discounted find- returning it would have been a crushing blow. Curtis came out to assess the situation. We tried several different ways to get this piece into her car. Eventually, Curtis was able to use his drill to take off two pieces and WALAH, the furniture slipped into the car easily. CURTIS was professional - so calm, never gave up, not pushy, and you would have never known the craziness that was going on in the store or the hot weather making him sweat. The elderly woman was so very delighted with CURTIS. He really made her day. Thank you CURTIS for your top notch customer service.”

Options are almost always slim and anytime I visited a second hand store, the clothes were extremely worn down with hiked prices….. I was consistently disappointed until I came to this store. It is now my go to when I need to shop for my boys! The clothing options are great quality, assorted and a mix of well-known brands. You feel welcome in the store as soon as you walk in and supported as they will help you find exactly what you’re looking for from their wide selection.
