I like that this location has quick outlets onto the highway with gas station across the street. Best workation ever!! The hotel was well maintained and the gym was as well.Walkability: The plow truckers had there work cutout for them but easily paved the way for all of us. My shoutout to all you road warriors out there making it better for everyone.Noteworthy details: Just outside there’s a jogging path that parallels an open pasture, where you can always see a deer crossing when you drive down this road. Great view of the Rockies and right after it finished snowing!

When I asked for a late checkout, I was told is have to ask in the morning. I happened to wake up for a bathroom break around 8:30 and sent a message. Between texting and waiting for a response, I woke up enough that I couldn't get back to sleep. In spite of being okayed for an hour later (was 11:00 and now was 12:00), housekeeping was knocking at the door at 11:00!There's either a lack of communication between the front desk and housekeeping or housekeeping just wanted to finish early. Either way, I desperately needed sleep and was denied on multiple levels.

It was pretty much exactly what I expected from a Fairfield Inn. It had rather basic offerings which was basically what I expected. The stay was overall good. The hotel is clean, albeit quite dated. The building is due for some updates. It definitely is not in the Tech Center though, that label is misleading and I ended up originally going to the wrong hotel. This is much farther south closer to Highlands Ranch. The location remains convenient to C-470 and other places to get where I needed to be on the south end so it wasn't bad. Just--deceptive in naming. If you need to get to the Denver city core or anything north, it's a bit of a haul to get there.Bed comfort was average. I'm used to a few more linens on my home bed so this felt like I didn't quite have enough bedding but I was still able to sleep. It was "okay" to maintain room temp. I like it really cool in the room and have air moving constantly. The wall unit had a "continuous fan" option but pressing it did nothing. Thankfully I could at least use my phone with the background noise feature to mask the jarring on and off from the unit. I forgot to report that to the front desk. The bathroom was pretty odd in that the tub and toilet are behind the door that was WAY too large for the size of the room. It would've been better if the entirety of the bathroom were behind the door or it was a pocket door vs a normal one. Lighting at the sink was poor. There was some confusion about housekeeping services, I had opted in but for 3 of the 4 days I did not receive housekeeping services. I thought it might've been an every other day service but the front desk said it was a daily offering. I got a refresh for the last night so that was nice. They do offer breakfast, but it is the very typical cheap offerings filled with starch, carbs, and sugar. Coffee was mediocre, thankfully a Starbucks is just across County Line Road.Would I stay here again? Probably, because of the price point and they didn't charge for parking. I'd recommend folks stay here, just--keep your expectations in check.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We had quite a few issues with it and do not recommend staying here, we won't stay here again. First, the breakfast bar was horrible! Very little selection of foods and what was there, such as the Udi's muffins (only chocolate flavor) & other products were dry to soggy from when it was frozen. One morning there literally was only cold cereal to eat! Everything else was gone. We spoke to the manager about this issue and others on the last night, she was on duty. The next morning it was fairly well stocked and there was an attendant present--no attendants the previous 3 mornings. They have the standard waffle making machine, some breads (Everything Bagels for breakfast?), a few apples and bananas, juice machine, and hot foods were the same every morning--included scrambled eggs, link sausage, and a small croissant with egg, patty sausage and cheese in it. I requested fresh towels be placed in the room every day--they were, except for the last night. Twice we went to the front desk to find no attendant--once when we checked in and once the last night. We waited each time at least 10 minutes before someone showed up. Cleanliness of rooms was OK, although I was glad I took antibacterial wipes and wiped the room down before we unpacked anything. I did find a few areas that could've used a little better cleaning before we got there. The bed was adequately comfortable. I feel that we paid way too much money for our stay at this hotel and it certainly does not live up to the Fairfield Inn chain reputation.

When we went to our room the first night, it hadn't been cleaned very well. After telling the front desk they gave me a new room. The next day they didn't clean our room or give us clean towels. I informed the desk they said they would put them in our room. Never happened.I wasn't wild about the deposit of $100.00 either.

Not good. Very outdated for the part of town. Heard the staff talking about stolen items from the convenience area. Will avoid this one in the future.

Wenpicked this as it was rated 9/10 on PL and advertised as having a hot tub. Pros: clean, convenient location, friendly staff Cons: Dated (old looking carpet and wall colors & furniture, no exhaust in bathroom, LOW ceilings, not enough counter space); pool was cold; bfast had frozen bagels, mixed fruit in liquid instead of fresh fruit, very limited fresh options. Would not return- had a very closed in feel and there are SO many orher affordable options in the area.

At first our stay was going fantastic despite being sick for an entire week. Niko was awesome, as well as a few of the other desk clerks, the cleaning staff is amazing! They were kind enough to work with us on paying for our room the first 2 weeks but then when I got sick and missed work, things changed and so did a few of the desk clerks. Five new faces and conflicting approval regarding our initial payment arrangements. Billing my credit card between 2-5am for unauthorized amounts beyond the arrangements. We ended up having to leave just as a snow storm came in because they couldn't wait two days for the remainder of that weeks payment and then getting enough to cover our costs for another week.Beautiful hotel, very clean, reasonable prices and excellent breakfast accommodations.Nonetheless I am and will always be grateful for their help, beginning kindness and having a wonderful place to stay.

The staff/managers/owner were all Amazing! Breakfast, pool, service all top notch! The only bad thing is the little things that need to be fixed on the app for Marriott, that can confuse people. Special thanks to Niko, Breanna, and Natalie! Yall were a big part in us staying an extra 2 days, and helped make our daughters birthday even better!

The front desk woman Sarah was an absolute nightmare. When we checked in on a quiet Tuesday night we realized we had accidentally booked two doubles instead of a King. What should have been a simple fix turned into an hour long nightmare. I cannot believe the way in which we were treated, the scene that was caused and the amount of disrespect and eyerolls. We were on our honeymoon and had recently suffered a miscarriage. We came to Denver to relax and that check in was so awful and took so long we missed dinner and it took me hours to calm down. All over a simple room change, which they confirmed they had available before she put me through an hour of jumping through hoops, threats and complete disrespect.I have been traveling four times a year for about a decade now and I have never been treated so poorly and combative for no reason at any hotel establishment ever. There was no need for her to create an hour long debacle with our booking company over a simple room change. In the end she tried to hang up on my booking company, and didn't even need their approval.Any merits the hotel has at to condition or location were over shadowed by how poor the service was. I am in the service industry and deal with tense situations weekly. I would never treat someone how we were treated. If you check these reviews you will see several mentioning her by name. She is a terror, and I am astounded she has the job that she does - one she clearly loathes. I saw her harassing another couple checking in during our four night stay. Not to mention not only was she combative but then taking someone else in line, making us wait further and then discussing our stay with the guests about how we shouldn't choose such an awful booking site right in front of us is so unprofessional.I will never stay at another Fairfield Inn until this is resolved.
