Took this course with my best friend last summer and I can say confidently, it was the best decision in beginner rider courses out there. Faisal was our instructor and he was very helpful. He was able to pay attention to each rider and help individual struggles we each had, allowing us to succeed and eventually become well educated and safe new riders. Highly recommend, taking my younger brother here to get his msf certificate and prepared to start riding.

Unethical management and sales team. Poor customer service and a sales manager that slid my wife his cell phone number and told her he would take her out for a good time.

The service (new tires on my bike) was simply exceptional! John has provided what I truly define as "above and beyond" from A to Z: answered every single question I had, helped to get my bike off the trailer, took a full walk-through video after the job was done - this is what I call ABOVE AND BEYOND! I will be taking my business to Fay Meyers ONLY from now on!

I went in looking at a very specific bike, I walked in with more than half of the bikes price as a down payment. I talked to Chris Ortega, which at first he seemed like he was being helpful but once he realized what bike I was looking at, I think he realized that the price on the bike was a lot less than it should be (they had it up for about 1k less. So he told me my credit score was 100 less than what it was. He was loud and he tried to embarrass me in front of multiple people as I called him out for his mistake. They are selfish and confidentialities must be non existent. They don't care about customer service. They never have, I took my 2017 Ducati supersport s in for some mechanical work and they still acted like arrogant assholes. I will never step foot in this hell hole.

I have been wanting to get my endorsement for over 5 years. Riding as a passenger is an amazing experience but I wanted to challenge myself and see if riding as a driver was for me. After the 1st day I have to say I was overwhelmed. Not because of the instructor but because of my own self doubt. Faisal is the most patient and amazing instructor. He went over every detail and question I had and by day two I felt so much more confident because of his instruction and belief in each of us. I imagine like anything an instructor can make or break a class. I would highly recommend Faisal if you are a new rider and wanting to learn the basics. There is no one better out there. He adapted the course to all of our comfort levels and I left feeling accomplished and ready for the next steps. Thank you so very much Faisal!!

If you need your endorsement, I'd recommend T3RG. I took the brc2 course at the Fay Myers location. It was super easy to schedule, and the course was better than I expected. I've been riding on and off street for a long time, and I still enjoyed the course and learned a few things. They communicated quickly and accurately with the course requirements and certification.

I took my class in July, it was a fantastic coarse! I have a little experience on dirt and ny coach was able to help me mold what I already knew and apply it to basic skills on the road. If you have the time, I HIGHLY recommend this class!

Went in today for a good utility vehicle for my property and business, and walked away with a beautiful Polaris! Austin in sales was very patient, knowledgeable and listened to what I needed to make sure I got the perfect vehicle and exceeded our expectations. Zach, the sales manager also helped make sure our process was seemless and Rocky in finance made the paperwork a breeze. Thank you Fay Meyers for yet again providing exceptional service. The only place to shop for your bikes, UTVs ect!!

. They don't care about customers! They are rude and inconsiderate of customers time and money. They are not hungry, sell it and if there are problems it's not their problem. The worst service department ever. Had an appointment on Friday and on Thursday the following week they never even touched the bike. If you want great service on any Polaris, go to Sun Enterprises. They actually care

Purchased a used HD Breakout from Brianna and I can't be happier. Both the bike and service I received from Brianna were amazing. She was super responsive and sent photos I asked her for. She even had the bike outside and ready when I told her I was coming to see it. Thank you FMMW and Brianna for the exceptional service. If you're considering a bike, utv, do yourself a huge favor and go see her.
