Very poor communication. This company was unable, or unwilling, to advise when what parts of the project were to be done even while the project was being executed. Would not recommend, sugg you find a different firm to do your project, whatever it is.

One of their project managers lives in my neighborhood. After a hail storm, he walked the streets looking for business. With the fella being in my neighborhood, I was going to give him a shot. That was a mistake as he basically ghosted me while I waited almost 2 months for him. In our last communication, he indicated he'd stop by my house that evening (which of course he didn't). From other reviews, it seems these guys can do good work, but hopefully you don't get this fella from my neighborhood.

CWC knocked on my door and offered to inspect my roof for free. They were one of three firms I let on the roof. They did a better job than the other two and earned my business. They did a great job working with my insurance and replacing my roof. They were on time and on budget. Roofing makes a mess but they cleaned up nicely and most importantly got all of the nails picked up. I highly recommend CWC.

When the hailstorm hit last year, a friend recommended Geoffery at Colorado Western Construction and I'm extremely happy she did. There was damage to my whole property...roof, gutters, windows, fence, paint, and garage door. He and his team were very knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job! I recommended him to a few neighbors, and they recommended him as well. He did 12 homes in my neighborhood. I would highly recommend Geoffery and CWC to all my friends and family!

I had a very bad experience with this company. It began with the salesman, Matt Clark, who made many promises that were not delivered. This included a free upgrade to impact resistant shingles which he failed to deliver, then blew off what he had written in the agreement claiming "he was going to pay for the shingles but I still got what the insurance company paid for." Then came the sub contracting roofers, who sent a guy to do his first ever roof project, literally. He was solo on my roof for 4 days and left trash everywhere. The job looked terrible. Matt, who was supposed to be "managing the project" ended up being the most unreliable person so I began dealing with the owner. With some persuasion, he came to see my roof in person. Luckily he agreed that the job was terrible and replaced it, with the correct impact resistant shingles later down the road but that took some arguing and a lot of stress. Then of course the ending: they sent me a notice to lien on my property out of the blue, months after completion with no contact and no inspection. They later retracted that intent to lien and ordered an inspection, which failed the first time because there were holes in my roof, created by the first roofer. There was a LOT that went wrong with my project that a little organization and better communication between employees could fix, but I'll never get back the 8 months of stress, lies and sub-par customer service.

Buyer beware! I hired this company for storm restoration in June. The roof and gutters were completed but the rest of my repairs they promised were still not done 6 months later. I finally fired them and once I did that they wanted to change the terms of the contract by requesting more money than what the contract stated, even though they didn't complete all the repairs that were promised.
