I've got estimates from over a dozen lenders on my refinance. When I was beginning to lose hope I reached out to Doug. He made it possible I was able to do all my home improvements and pay off my cards. His team is awesome and helpful, he was there to answer all my questions anytime.

I was initially a little worried that my documentation, what I did have, was going to be enough to get a mortgage done, but Doug took his time and worked with me to put together the right paperwork and my deal got funded pretty quickly . Excellent person to work with if you’re not sure what’s going to be required or just need a little hand-holding.
