Positive: professionalism, Trustworthy, ResponsivenessesDaniel,First of all I know Daniel from listening to 89.7 Grace FM. (A Christian public radio that encourages me on a daily basis). A few years ago I was planning to refinance my home so I went to seek help from him and he gave me wise counsel.Just the beginning of February 22 I was planning on refinancing to get a better rate. However, English is my second language and he helped me through the entire process. He’s very compassionate and understanding, and helping others to succeed is what he loves to do. I found peace working with him. The process was really quick and smooth. It was finalized In 2 weeks.I’m very grateful and blessed to have worked with him. My husband and I were looking to purchase a new home and decided to use the services of Colorado Lending Group after hearing about the company through GraceFM Radio. I am really glad that we did! My initial call with Daniel lasted over an hour. He really took his time to understand our current situation, what we were looking to do, what we needed and explain the best options for us. Anytime we would call or email him, he was quick to respond or return our phone calls. We decided to hold off on the home buying process and instead refinanced. Daniel walked us through to the end. He was very professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and just an outright genuinely nice individual. I would highly recommend him. We will definitely use him again should we need a home loan in the future.

Daniel helped me every step of the way when I refinanced my house. He really is there to help you make the best decision for your situation. We had even discussed if a refinance made sense for me which instilled a lot of trust. It was an easy choice to go with Daniel over sticking with my current lender. He was very responsive and you can tell he cares about his clients. Daniel was also able to close my loan in just a few weeks! I was actually still waiting on an updated loan estimate from my current lender (which took 4 weeks to get just the estimate) when I closed on my new loan through Daniel.I highly recommend working with him if you get the chance!

This was my first refinance and I am still amazed how Daniel made it so easy and non-stressful. The whole process went smoothly, great interest rate, and easy closing process. Hello Daniel,The closing went very smooth and easy. I was going to include how nice it was having someone come to my house in my review, but then I thought, " If this is not the normal process, and Daniel did Amanda and I a special favor, I could be opening Daniel up to a future of headaches causing everyone to request it". Amanda and I felt like the red carpet had been rolled out for us and we truly were treated like royalty from start to finish. I'm not very good at words Daniel, but I could write a very lengthy review about you and your service, and most would think you are paying me to say those things. The closing on my refi was quick and painless because Daniel had walked me through everything so I knew what I was signing. Daniel is the most helpful Mortgage person I have ever worked with. He took all the time needed to answer my questions and go over important paperwork. Daniel Shafi helped us refinance our home and got us an amazing rate, dropping our rate almost an entire percentage point. He was able to get our first two months payment free, and save us almost $400 per month on our mortgage payment without adding years to our mortgage. He was helpful, friendly, courteous, responsive, and fast. He was willing to tailor our mortgage to fit our needs, and suggest ideas to benefit us without ever being pushy, always respecting what we wanted to do. This is the second time I have worked with Daniel at Colorado Lending, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I have worked with Stephen H. at Colorado Lending Group on 2 new home purchases, several refinances, and most recently a cash out refinance. The circumstances I've presented have not always been clear cut or easy to navigate, but Stephen always come through. I have always been impressed with his level of professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to get things done. I have checked with other companies, just to do my due dilligence, but Stephen and Colorado Lending Group have always presented better, smarter, and more financially savvy options. I highly recommend Stephen or anyone on this team!
