My taxes prepared by Carla were a complete debacle! Numbers completely wrong! Even after I paid her EXTRA money to ensure accuracy by doing a \"scrub\"! My financial profile was completely skewed \u0026 inaccurate based upon her errors preparing my taxes. I had to consult another tax professional who found multiple issues that Carla took no ownership of. I requested Carla refund me due to needing my taxes completely redone! I was given excuses \u0026 ultimately ignored multiple times. I paid for a tax return that totally misrepresented my tax/financial status and cost me thousands! I can't completely convey my disappointment. Poor customer service, Very Unprofessional, NO ownership, blamed the client! Keep your lame apologies \u0026 excuses, I've requested a refund!

I had an extremely POOR experience with Carla. She prepared my business taxes & my banker found a huge mistake that cost me thousands and resulted in my inability to secure a business loan. She corrected the mistake, but too late, the damage is done. Go ELSEWHERE!

Absolutely the most incompetent tax preparation firm for anything more than a simple file. Was misled and downright lied to. This firm likely cost me over 10k in extra payment to the IRS due their amateur capabilities. Will be filing a complaint with IRS and BBB. If your taxes are complicated DO NOT use this clown show. During my tax preparation I was even sent someone else's personal tax info from the owner.

Do not use this company. I have had to untangle a horrible mess with the IRS, fines, documents not sent even though I paid for services. I had to fight just to get the initial fines reimbursed. Another day, another fine for my taxes being paid late in Q2, 2020. 8.7.3
