Had enough points to get $0.⁷⁰ off a gallon. If you can plan to fill up there when you're almost empty and you buy a lot of stuff from King Soopers anyway (i.e. you rack up points) it's really a good discount. When I was looking for a gas station near me randomly the others (on Google maps) were priced at $3.70. This King Soopers was $2.59 (before my discount); BUT it could have been cheaper because I got regular unleaded and not mid-grade).

It would be nice if the gas actually pumped. It’s a little ridiculous to wait 10-15 mins for you gas to actually pump out.

In my opinion, the Pharmacy has plenty of business. So much so that they can't seem to fill prescriptions for their existing customers. I had a new prescription sent in a week ago tomorrow and I'm sitting here next to the desk still waiting for it to be filled. I'm going to do my part to help them out by spending my money at another pharmacy.

Nice store but who is doing their picking for curbside pickup? The last three times I've had a pickup order, like half or more of it was listed as out of stock, but I go in the store, and low and behold there it all is. Every time I've gone in, every single item I requested has been in stock with out fail.

This is to address the pharmacy. Absolutely unacceptable and needs new management. The pharmacy used to be outstanding. It takes DAYs to fill a script. I am currently standing in line 10 deep; 3 behind me. I see three people working, one on the phone and nobody helping the line move along. This has been this way for months. Today is not an anomaly. Walking away after standing in line for 30 minutes with no movement. Terrible customer service.

We just left here after a 40 minute wait for groceries with no apology or explanation. They contacted us and said the order was ready, so why such a long wait? Unfortunately, this is nothing new for this store. Very frustrating situation for returning customers.

Came into the store off of 71st this morning: if I have to be trapped inside because of weather I'm going to make a comfort food. The main ingredient of that is limes. I showed up to not seeing any lines. However after talking to a stocker named Eric, he was extremely friendly and respectful and helped me in an expedited fashion. Employees like Eric are what this company needs. 5 star service for a 5 star individual. Thanks Eric

I was in the store today to pick up a few items. When I couldn't find one particular item, I walked to the service counter. I was told in no uncertain terms that I wasn't at the service counter. When I walked up the gentleman on the other side was in a conversation with another employee. I waited patiently and the gentleman abruptly asked, "Do you need something". I asked if he could tell me where the molasses was. I was told in no uncertain terms that customer service was at the other end, as he pointed to the sign, with a disgusted look on his face. Everyone has bad days and bad parts of their day, including me. I just don't think that customers should be treated like an intrusion rather then someone who helps pay their wage!! A polite answer would require less effort by simply saying "I'm not sure" or "If you ask that person over there, they should be able to help you". I was very disappointed!! Thank You, Rob

Way to Go King Soopers, Its obvious upper Management has pulled some no brainers out of you know where!!. Lets see its Covid so how about rearranging the store and Not having row signs match up with product location, that will help with getting people out of the store quickly with less exposure. And the doors on the dairy, cheese, yougurt area is a great idea, not only is there No Room and is constantly congested. It offers another surface that people can touch and spread germs. Way to go KS!!

I am so impressed with the Click List team. We had Chris helping us tonight. He was enthusiastic and seriously interested in our shopping experience. He introduced himself and went over all the details, offer to process coupons and put everything in the car with a smile. He asked us if we had any questions and I did. I had tried twice to add a whole turkey to my order and both times had been told they were not available. He responded that he was sure they were still in stock. 3 minutes later, he came out with a huge whole turkey and asked me if Butterball was OK - WOW! Seriously! I use click list all the time. I am so grateful for the service because I have an elderly Mother (82) in our quarantine group and I have chronic asthma. I appreciate staying away from crowds and this service is a vital part of our quality of life. Thanks CHRIS!!! You ROCK!!!! Keep being so great at serving others, that character will serve YOU well your whole life!!! From: The last white van in #1

Dislike all of the self-checkouts. What happens when you have cart full of groceries?

I was in 6 times today shopping. This was my first time in this store.1. Its laid out weird and not very user friendly. I had a hard time locating items and finding my way around.2. Out of all the employees I interacted with today. Whether asking for help finding stuff or checking out and bagging, only 2 werehelpful and friendly. Apparently this king soopers doesn't care how their employees interact with customers. People doing the in store shopping seemed put out if I asked them a question and many times I was sent to wrong aisles to look for stuff. None of them.offered to help me find anything.A guy who was stocking freezer products however was very helpful and led me to the water which for whatever reason was near produce instead of the soda like every other king soopers out there.3. You are responsible for unloading your own car at this store. So if you have big orders be forewarned. Also only 1 of the times I came in did anyone offer to help bag. Even though I had a lot of stuff I was getting.4. Shelves were pretty empty of a lot of items.I will not be coming back to this location again in the future.

Came to get diesel. Had to pay at the front window, and lady said she was closed...even though she was still there in the little store place?
