First time using service department since the transition from Ehrlich to Mcdonald group and I am unimpressed. Scheduled recall work online. Shortly after dropping vehicle off, was informed they didn't have the parts to complete the recall. That's unacceptable as you know what parts are needed for a recall but things happen so we left the vehicle with them as parts were expected to arrive the next day. On that day around 11am, received a video update showing the vehicle undergoing an inspection. That was the last communication I received. Tried calling service advisor Wesley around 4pm twice with no answer. Decided to call main service number since it was now almost 5pm on a Friday. After being put on hold, the friendly person that answered informed me our vehicle was ready. During pickup, no porter or advisor was to be found as several of us customers milled about the service drop off bay. After dropping our vehicle off at 8am Thursday for a scheduled appointment for a 3-4 hour recall job, we finally got our vehicle back just before closing on Friday evening. No "sorry for the delay" or anything else. Didn't even get the paperwork. Do better.

Erin was fantastic. I was referred to her by family and I am so happy that I took the drive from Wyoming down to meet with her. She helped me find the perfect car. The whole team was fantastic and extremely welcoming and fun to be around. I will recommend Erin and McDonald dealership to everyone!

Richard and Orlando were very friendly and easy to work with. Transaction was fast and easy. Only signed 4 documents and out the door I was. Best experience at a car dealership I have had. Thank you guys.

They were able to assist me with getting a VIN verification done. Even without an appointment, it was a very quick process, didn't cost me anything, and I was in and out within 15 minutes.

Not a place I will do business with. I have a personal experience with them regarding a valuation on my vehicle that was not only low, but grossly low compared to others I'd received. It was a rude offer. It was 32% below what they will sell it for.
Follow-Up: They were upset with my review and offended that I was upset with their offer. They said I should have asked for more, but I did. I told them a number I wouldn't go $1 less which was the lowest number on the trade-in range so I thought I was being fair. I will say McDonald was not willing to budge on their price of the vehicle I was looking at. I ask a few times about negotiating that price.
I did have another dealer do a full inspection that did result in an offer in my range. They just didn't have a vehicle I wanted at the time, but are continuing to look for one that meets my needs/wants.

Sinjhen (Gin) Campbell was helpful, listened to our wish list and found a match in another town! ? We returned a few hours later, test drove the car, and advanced to the finance dept.
Chad Reiss (Finance Mgr) researched and found the best interest rate. ? He explained our options and guided us through all the paperwork with ease. Thanks to both of you. The other employees were friendly too. SO glad we stopped by!

Just recently purchased a 2021 Denali and Ismael Leos took good care of me and also gave me a decent amount for my trade.I recommend Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership because they are Honest and they really care for the customer i tried other dealerships and I was very disappointed with the interest rate they tried to give me not to mention they didn’t want to give me a fair amount for my trade This dealership gave me a better interest rate and worked my payment to what my Budget was .Thank you for doing business with me ?

I had a flat tire with a huge nail, I have an extended warranty in my car, called this guys and we were fortunate to get on the phone with Mickaylin, she was amazing and took us in the same day. Everything was amazing and from now on, this will be my dealership of preference. THANK YOU Mickaylin

Seth and Matias are absolutely awesome, they helped me retrieve my keys after another associate locked them in my car. They stayed about an hour after close to help me out. They did it with an awesome attitude and they never complained once! Thank you Matias and Seth!!! I hope your work gets recognized and rewarded!!!

Every story goes "Not going to buy today, just coming in to look" but we did end up buying. Giovanni was awesome. He was super chill and answered all the questions my wife and I had. He showed us everything we were looking for. Asked the proper questions that was going to get us into something we wanted but also supported our growing family. This is the worst dealership. I bought a new Forerunner in 2022 and have had nothing but problems with this dealership's poor service, maintenance, and communication over the past two years. I would not recommend buying a car from here!

Shady business. They will mess up titling paperwork intentionally if you do not use their financer or are unable to push you around. 2nd time this occurred with this dealership. We were hoping the 1st was a one-off. Obviously not. Stay as far away as possible.
