Chase Bank is non customer friendly. If you don't have an account with them they could careless about you. This branch stole $500 from my card and they didn't even care, just blamed a faulty computer system.

I've never had a bad experience here. The banker assigned to me, Hannah, was very knowledgeable and helped explain things in a way that I understand. I even got a follow-up call from her to check in and make sure things were still smooth with my new account. Highly recommend!

Do not trust Chase bank for any loans. Cardholder since 2005 100 percent payment history. A mail issue delayed a payment, made that payment plus another. I was reassured it was fine. 2 weeks later they took away all my available credit line, this in turn lowered my credit score 15 points. Do not trust them.
