Your banker, Aaliyah, could care less about customers and I've had far better service at a fast food joint. Nice when you open an account, but any issues after the fact you will be treated like it's not her problem. Happens over and over... I may switch to somewhere else. I own a business and if I treated my customers this way, I wouldn't have any. Customer service not at the level of other Bank of Colorados in town. Get with the program lady. At least pretend like you care or go home.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ty should be removed from his position. If you are looking for a bank or mortgage skip Bank of Colorado their customer service continues to decline. Their hours of operation continually gets decreased. You can't even get customer service on your debit card 24/7. Thumbs down to Ty, his team, and the whole company.

I had such an awesome time at this bank. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by everyone. I opened a new account with Aliyah. She was awesome. Definitely made me feel secure with my money. Recommend everyone to bank here!!!

So being told for my business that a check was posted and if any issues they would call. Check was held for 10 business days no call. If you have tmoble you can't use the mobile app for security issues per there IT department you have to be logged into a wifi network for security keys to work. That said fev 3 to now Feb 14th I was left on a check hold. I spoke with the branch manager who said I guess I can do you a favor and cover your over draft fees. I said would rather pay the fees but have the check go Through. I then said after this as a small business I'll be closing my account. Out of spite he bounced my check on the day my funds were available and charged me the fee. Not as discussed.Paul the branch mangaer was extremely spiteful and purposely disrespectful.I will file a complaint about this but the only place to file this complant or his boss is through him and he along with his staff have hung up on me and kept me on hold foe well over 2hrs.Ive NEVER Banked through a bank that that has treated me with such disrespect and out right spite. I'll be filing a complaint through the better business bureau. Paul needs ro be held accountable.
