We board our cat, Desmond, with Your Best Friends and could not be happier with Josh and his staff. Everyone there is courteous, professional, and accommodating and it's abundantly clear that they truly care about the well being of every pet. Desi gets plenty of people time, too, which we've found to not always be the case at other places. Rest assured your pet will be in very good hands at Your Best Friends, we highly recommend them!

Josh and his team are amazing with our girls. The place doesn't smell like dogs! They use the same high-quality dog we do and appreciate all the love and attention our girls get.

Our first experience boarding our dogs was wonderful! Josh is a dog whisperer for little nervous fur-babies. The entire staff is professional, kind, and understanding. The dogs are taken to yard time without other dogs, which I love. The peace of mind while we were out of town for a wedding was priceless. The overall expense was very affordable. Between cost, safe surroundings for my dogs, and excellent people, we Will absolutely use the boarding services in the future!Review part 2: we had our dogs groomed, massive difference! Groomer Laura is phenomenal!

I can’t thank the staff enough for their great care of my 2 fur babies. We were on vacation in 100*+ heat and they would have been miserable in the RV all day. Highly recommend this facility!!

Very inflexible service. We were heading out on vacation and lost track of time and missed the drop off time. They were not willing to let us drop off at any other times which put our vacation plans in trouble. We asked if they could negotiate any other plans and we’re not accommodating even if we paid a little extra. We found another kennel in town that even though they were full from Country Jam were willing to accommodate us on the short notice since we weren’t able to use Best Friends. We have had other positive experiences with Best Friends so we are disappointed that Josh couldn’t be more understanding. Due to the experience we won’t be using them again and can’t recommend them to others.

I take two dogs to stay at Your Best Friends. When we pull up to the place, my dogs are so excited to see where we have arrived! Both dogs go right on in and are happy to see the staff members. They both look great when I pick them. Your Best Friends is the best boarding kennel I have ever had my dogs stay.

Our Vet recommended Your Best Friends Boarding Kennel. I was a little hesitant at first as my fur babies are such an important part of my life. After talking to the owner and meeting his staff, and allowing me to bring my biggest boy for a quick meet and great to put my mind at ease I took them for their first stay. I will be taking my fur babies here from now on. I have found my trusted caregivers. They are truly a diamond in the ruff.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff here! They truly care about your pets as if they were your own!! I had never boarded my dogs EVER, and I honestly am so glad I found this place, as I didn't have a single worry after drop off. Would definitely recommend, even had to extend my dogs stay which was super easy, and will use them again if ever needed!

We loved taking our dogs here for the past 2 years. This last time, I was scolded and belittled by staff for being 3 minutes late. I was stunned there was no regard for the circumstances that caused the delay, or the fact we never had been before. I didn't appreciate how I was addressed, and I said so. I left in tears, concerned that our pups would be treated with the same lack of compassion. The owner gave assurances that the usual loving care would be given, which I believed, until we noticed an injury to one of our dogs tail after we got her home, with no explanation. Be careful.
