Owner Dan measured my feet on a double Brannock device rig and made correct assessments towards sizing selections. He also experimented with insole adjustment for better fit and support. Red Wing's system of insoles has developed a lot over recent years and their current array now matches up nip & tuck to the best on the market from Aetrex to Superfeet.”

“Nice place, and overall the staff seemed very willing to help, manager or assistant manager was very helpful and tried to answer questions. A new team member or I'm assuming it was a new team member had headphones on when we first came in and so when I approached him he said oh sorry I did not see you come in. Then when we were up talking to the manager and asking questions he had his phone out and seem to be texting, however also being somewhat attentive to the conversation he was not really engaged. Nice person just needs some training.”
“Sara helped me. It was late in the evening and we had been all over town. She took that extra time and attention to find my daughter the perfect boots. I did not even ask for help but she took a rare initiative and went above and beyond in the line of customer service and sales. I would not have made a purchase without her but this was more than a purchase, she saved us time and frustration and confusion and for that she deserves this review and all the success that comes with it.”

“Some of the poor ratings are about how they found the same shoes cheaper elsewhere. The price reflects him repeatedly tweaking the until they are perfect. Be prepared to have them adjusted several times. I bought a pair then he adjusted them and it was an improvement yet I still had very sore feet this happened several times and I became a bit fed up and thought I would need surgery as my Doctor said. Then the last adjustment and my feet have had no pain for years. Buying shoes from here is a bargain when you have foot pain.”
“First I would like to say this store was immaculate. I have been to this store a handful of times and each time I have gone the store is very clean. Not only was it clean but also very organized which I feel like I never see anymore for a shoe/clothing store. Secondly I want to point out that the staff are super nice and helpful. The staff I particularly want to refence is the store manager Gabi and one of the staff name Jay. Each time I have gone in I have dealt with each of them and they have both been a delight to deal with. Both were super friendly, always had a smile on there face and willing to go the extra mile necessary to have a customer leave with a pleasant experience.As a minority myself I was extremely please to see other minorities working at this store. I love to see diversity in any business and makes me want to spend my money at stores such as Finish line for reasons such as this and many others. Lastly I am social worker and the last two times in particular I have gone into this store I had individuals with disabilities with me as I work with this population on community engagement and working on appropriate social skills when in the community. As a professional in this field I am a strong advocate for treating people with kindness and respect. This being said both Gabi and Jay were fantastically kind and respectful to the individuals I had with me and treated them with the up most respect and human decency. I am so grateful as a customer, professional and advocate that such professional, diversity, and kind hearted staff working at Finish Line.”
“Had gone to buy shoes last week and ended up with the wrong size shoes put in the box instead during checkout. Since we live 45 minutes away it was hard to make it back quickly, but within 1 call the manager Shawn sent out the correct shoes free of charge and a paid return ticket for the other ones. Very good customer service and much appreciated!”
