Very poor customer service!! Tried to inquire about buying a battery for my Subaru Crosstrek. Called the Sam's Club in GJ and got transferred to a foreign sales representative. This person could hardly speak English. Took him over five minutes just to check whether the store had a battery for the car. Said it would be over two weeks to get a battery. Tried again contacting the local store, but again could not get through to speak to someone locally. Will go elsewhere. Can't what for Costco to come to town!

Sam's club tire and battery has the friendliest, kindness, most wonderful human beings working there! Mike is one of the managers and he and his compadre Mark, take excellent care of their customers! My tires were basically bald and they were able to fit me in without an appointment, even though appointments are strongly recommended. If there's something wrong with your tire, they will figure out what it is. If you do not need new tires, they will be honest with you, telling you to come back in a month or 6 months or whatever so that you can get the most mileage out of your tires. I will revise this post with photos later but wanted to let anyone looking for excellent service for their tire needs, to be aware, that Sam's Club tires is the place to go!

Halfway through the tire install, they came out to tell me that only some of the four tires were there. They tried to offer some passenger tires that they had in stock, but my truck is not a grocery getter and the fact that I did not get my tires caused me to have to cancel my entire weekend plans, which required having safe tires. I wasn't limited by Sam's club selection, you guys simply happened to have the tires I researched and wanted. Or that's what I thought. I guess I will find out when I have to take more time off work to come try this again. It doesn't help that I can't even reach you guys on the phone, I get diverted to a call center, so I won't even be able to confirm ahead of time after I get my confirmation email that the confirmation email is actually true this time.Update: I never heard a peep about the re-ordered set of tires and it's been over a week. They also underfilled two of my tires by 10 PSI when they put them back on. Thankfully I noticed. Truly awful service. I have an appointment with Discount Tire to get the job done. Do whatever you want with the tires if they ever show up, I don't want them from you.

Just a little disappointed in my recent purchase of Sam's chicken pot pie. I've been telling friends it is the best. This time however, it seems smaller but the problem is they have cut back on the ingredients. No more large pieces of chicken. Plenty of that good crust and filling but just not as good as it once was. Unless changes are made we won't be buying it again.

I've only been here twice but each time, I've had a monumental bowel movement. There's nothing special of note about the restroom, it just seems to bring the best out of me.

great web site for ordering tires. Very informative. tire prices not that different from other sources but installation is nominal and no other upsell add ons.

Love coming into town for this location. Typically has everything I need. Miles Humphreys helped me load my car and refused to take any money for helping me out tremendously! I love it here.

I love their pizza. The price is reasonable, I always come here to buy water and soda. Cheap and worth it

Amazing staff and service. Great prices on tires and batteries, but sometimes the tire techs are grumpy because their bathroom is very stinky. It’s the only private one in the store so all the employees come do their dukies in it, otherwise I would recommend taking your car or truck here

This location is always the worst. Today I was five minutes early for standard customer check out. They insisted I couldn't wait in the completely empty checkout line for the time to pass so I could check out, rather they said they had to put back all of my groceries! I thought I'd get some gas and come back in, but their gas was 35 cents higher than the non-member gas station by my house. I sincerely don't know why I even renewed my membership this year. Their milk is more expensive than Walmart's (figure that one out) and now their gas isn't even worth it. Sam's Club: where the customer is always wrong.

On a multi-state road trip & stopped in Grand Junction to fuel up, and by chance discovered the mortal enemy of any successful long haul... nail in the tire. Also, it's a Sunday. While no pressure sensors were going off (yes - do check the alerts, occasionally) but not wanting to get stranded in the desert with a flat (and deal with unloading this suspect at best pack job, we're talking no rear view visibility level here) and maybe after a call to a Dad or two, the decision was made; something had to be done. After calling around 20 places in town, all closed (see the Sunday comment above) decided to throw a Hail Mary and give Sam's Club a shot. Marlon in the tire department was an absolute gem. Not only did he get us in, he went above and beyond sorting us out in no time with a fill & a patch (something like that). Turning what could have been an absolute disaster into a 30 minute pit stop & a nice leg stretch. He was knowledgable, friendly, efficient & didn't try for any sort of an upsell... I don't know what what else you need from a tire professional. Top notch customer service coming thru in the clutch (ehhhhh couldn't go without a pun). All the stars for Marlon.

If you want a horrible, traumatic, regrettable, painful experience that you'll never forget, then Sam's Club in Grand Junction is the job for you! No hate towards the chain itself because not every one is like this, but this specific location can ROT IN HELL.

We enjoy shopping your store. We have been Members for many year. I have to say though this store without fail has always got the stinkiest bathrooms. It doesn't seem to matter what day or time of day we visit. sorry for the negative post but found it necessary. Hope it helps somehow.
