We have a leased truck with the company I work for. In the last 18months they have serviced the brakes only to have a brake can fall off a few months later due to improperly installed snap ring, serviced the fuel system and returned the truck to me with a fuel leak that became evident 15 miles later, (mekanic) did not properly fasten the fuel separator. Now that truck is in fro brakes again and I'm told it needs a new axle, one person says it's bent the other said it was something with the threads. Incompetence at its finest here, and it's not just this location but also Denver and springs.Gave me a loaner truck with chunks missing from the tires and (mekanics) argued with me claiming they are dot legal. They have zero idea of how to properly maintain and fix these vehicles. Renters/leasers beware these "Penske specials" will kill someone eventually

Katrina, Jeremy, and team are all amazing. Very accommodating , customer service was phenomenal. Came in with a busted driver side window due to weather conditions and they got me in and out. Thank you.

These guys are life savers. Stopped here and check in with Jeremy and got us in right away. He had David Check it out and they said 3hrs tops but he got it done less in a 1hr and 30mins. Great guys really appreciate their service. Thank you again Jeremey and David ???..

We dropped truck after hours. Not a problem. Lock the truck and drop the keys in a Dropbox. The truck worked perfectly for us. We had more than enough room for our daughter and her family’s belongings in their move to Colorado.
