They charged me 5$ for a 10 piece I didn't get after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Then they refused to bring it out to me, instead making me get back in the drive through which was 12 cars deep. Go to clifton.

Food was fine but the lady who took our money and read our order back to us was extremely rude. She had an attitude because she read the wrong thing and we told her we didn’t order that, then proceeded to rudely read the order back to us as we told her it was correct and tired to hand her our money. Hate the service we receive here most days. It’s horrible.

Once again I ordered over 40.00 of food and when I get home, across town, they failed to give me any of the drinks for my 4 HAPPY MEALS. THEY AREN'T VERY HAPPY WITH NO DAMN DRINKS. and the restaurant will not answer the phone so I can ask them about the missing stuff. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

7:30 pm, dinnertime, the Fries are cold and stale and they gave me no sauce for my nuggies. Not at all a happy meal and I am definitely NOT lovin' it.

So they make us wait, which is understandable, however they got my order wrong (as always) and forgot an item. My fiance goes in, shows the receipt, returns the messed up big make, and shows that our nuggets are missing.He asked if we could have an apple pie out of courtesy. We had to wait, or food was wrong, and they forgot my daughter's food. The lady said no. Are you kidding me? It's like $1.50! That's the least you could do. I've never been to a restaurant that doesn't offer something if they mess up the order.So we had to wait for our messed up order to be re-made and our food got cold by the time we got it. They did nothing to apologize. So we had to suffer from their mistakes. So greedy you couldn't give a $1.50 apple pie. It's not even about that. It's common courtesy.Also, I'm using MY gas to drive there to return food they messed up which is fine people make mistakes. I ultimately have to pay the price for their mistake. And they did nothing to apologize.

This place has the fastest drive through anywhere. However... I did have a bit of bad customer service for the first time. She kept interrupting while I was trying to finish my order. Gave me a total and told me to pay at the first window before I was done. I had to finish my order at the first window. I'll change my review if it happens again. ?

Today!!! You guys have the worst customer service!!! Every time I spend my hard earned money you guys can never get my order right. It's always something different from what I ordered. There should be no reason to have to check my order before I leave the drive threw. Are you guys not professional??? Give receipts always. Thankyou for wasting my money every time! This McDonald's is on top of everything. Every time my fiance and I go in our food and drinks are on point and absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend coming to this McDonald's over the McDonald's by the Mesa Mall who does not know what they are doing at that location.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!I went thru the drive through with an order of two happy meals, one combo meal, 10-piece chicken nuggets, and four apple pies. We got the first three things and noticed the bag felt light. Before pulling out of the parking lot, we immediately went in the lobby and let them know we were missing the apple pies. The "manager" was rude, but finally gave us the pies. Got home and discovered we were missing the chicken nuggets. So we were only initially given half the order we paid for. Ridiculous!!

Very clean and up to code better than most fast-food in the area and extremely fast even during heavy lines and my orders have always been correct
