I walked in to hear one employee tell another that a customer was asking about part of his order to hear the employee state “he should have ordered it correctly that’s not my problem he didn’t” we ordered and went to sit down. We waited 15 minutes for our order, my dad went to see where it was and they brought out most of it, missing three hashbrowns and two pies explaining that it would be a few more minutes for the pie. Relizing that we were missing 3 hashbrowns I told my dad I would just wait till they brought the pies. We finished all our food to still be waiting. My dad went up and told them about his missing hashbrowns and the manager argued repeatedly that she put all the hashbrowns on our tray which was not the case. An employee let us know “I don’t even do any of this and I get the brunt end of everything “ eventually after waiting for another 10-15 minutes they brought out the hasbrowns and the employee stated “my manager swears up and down that she put them all on there but sorry I couldn’t make them cook any longer”

Worst service I have ever experienced in the area! They forgot to put some items in our bag, then made us wait even longer for the items. When they finally had them ready they threw the bag at us and didn't even apologize! We get home, and surprise surprise the food was burnt and looked like it had been sitting there for half a day! I had to go back wait in a line just to speak to the manager, then had to wait for the manager just to be given disrespect! She not only tried to pass the buck and blame us for the cold food, but then accused me of trying to swindle them out of money because I wanted a refund! The manager was disrespectful, unprofessional, and childish! She took no accountability for her lack of management and terrible service she and her employees provided! Save yourself the struggle of dealing with these people and go to a different McDonald's!

I mean, it's McDonalds so you kbow its going to be pretty good and I can say my meal was nice. Friendly enough service and did not have to wait too long in the drive through.

I don't think go there for thing and that is the breakfast sandwich.The sausage, egg, and biscuit sandwich with a round egg.Unfortunately, McDonald's has increased the price of these breakfast gems so much you could buy a complete breakfast at a restaurant.Is like them, but don't go as often because $6.54 for what use to be 2 for $4.00 is getting pretty pricey.Like I said before it's the only only thing I go to McDonald's for.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, especially at a McDonald's. They don't serve ice cream after a certain point in the day, but there's no notice of that anywhere. They didn't tell us that at the window, where it easily could have been taken off. The manager was rude, aggressive, and condescending. I would strongly recommend going only during the day, because their late night staff don't seem to care too much about service.

Doesn't matter if you dine in, take out, or get delivery this is the worst McDonald's in Grand junction area. Their customer service is horrible and disrespectful. The kids who get hired here get paid to treat customers horribly, and to make simple food sloppy. I'm done giving this McDonald's any of my services or money. Tonight I ordered something because my kids wanted a simple cheeseburger kids meal, and we got a few cheeseburgers ourselves and some fries. Of course my kids fries are frozen cold, we got no fries that we ordered besides the cold ones for our kids, no straws, and no cheese on my kids cheeseburgers, and no sauce for our ten piece. Of course we called to let them know what happened, they said basically not their problem, refused to take ownership, and started cursing at my over the phone and proceeded to not simply care for paying customers. I'm not mad just simply disappointed, I worked here and we were taught in training customers service, and that the customers were always right.

I would not recommend this place, customer service is horrible. I was in the drivethru and was told to wait while the next two new people in the other drive thru line were attended first . I have been inside before and it seems like the employees don't care about using vulgar language . And having Out loud convos while also having customer wait.
