The young man that was at the register when I came to pick up my order was very sweet and made my husband's and my day better by paying for our pizza and gave us something to smile about. After the day we were having he gave us good customer service.

Unfortunately we order pizza far more than we should! But because of that I can give a pretty fair review of the Domino's on Broadway. The one time my order was messed up they rectified it straight away, I've never dealt with anyone unpleasant & if Sarah delivers your pizza, well you are truly lucky. She is so kind, always going above & beyond for us, even offering to stay and wait for us one time when she beat us home. She was worried our pizza would get cold! Anytime I come across good old fashioned customer service it tickles me because it seems to be such a fleeting thing these days!! Keep up the good work guys, we appreciate you!

I placed my order online. Was able to track the entire process as I ordered for a future time. It arrived a couple minutes early and was hot and delicious! We even got some FREE chicken nuggets!

Exceptional work! Clearly short staffed (no surprise as every place is!!) but they were wroking their butts off to get orders made and out! I am very pleased and wish there was more I could do for these hard workers!! You will get rude customers like the one I witnessed while waiting for my food and Britney handled it very professionally. keep up the hard work

I haven't ordered from Dominos in a while, pre-covid,,but I'm very dsappointed!!!! Ordered a supreme & it came with super thin sliced green peppers & I had to hunt to find them. same with black olives, I think there were 3 on the entire pizza. I wanted a SUPREME, not anorexic pizza! Normally I would recommend Dominos but I'm hungry tonight & very disappointed.

Their pizzas are very tasty and the delivery service is quick. But they don’t ring the doorbell even if you put it into the instruction box. So keep an eye on the online status or you won’t know your pizza is sitting outside your door getting cold!
