I have been a regular customer for years. Taylor has always paid attention to detail. Just got the worst haircut I've ever received from her. Shorter on one side, neck line did not match, one side squared, the other was rounded. Great way to lose a regular customer!

So schedule an appointment for 4:30 and the lady when I go in for my kid was like well it's not in here. So I show her and she's like well, I'm the only one here and we close soon. More like she's lazy , she had no one in there what's the point of paying employees who don't want to work .

Often have had issues getting services scheduled at this location, but received a mailer that said they were under new management so thought we'd try it again. Scheduled an appointment in advance, arrived about 15 minutes ahead of appointment time to be told it was cash only. Would have been good to know ahead of time, but luckily, we live close by. Left to get cash, since there was plenty of time before the appointment. Got back still at least 5 minutes before the appointment time and they had given my spot away and were completely booked for the rest of the evening. So unprofessional.

Chelsie got me in despite the fact that she didn't receive my online appointment. The online scheduling tool is not working. Corporate needs to fix the online scheduling problem. I came in with level 10 blonde asking to just bleach and bring up my ombré and she toned it to a grey brown color. Darker and less blonde than what I came in with. I just asked for the yellow tones to come out and Sarah ruined my hair.Service: Hair coloring

I used to cut hair so when I go into a salon I specifically tell them what I want and show them a picture and take into consideration my hair type. I asked for a layered pixie leaving the layers a bit longer since I had the length to do so. Niaomey was my stylist and I think she hasn’t been doing it long as she just buzz cut the back and then had to ask for help to blend it. Needless to say I had to come home and fix what I could like my sides were uneven couldn’t do much about the back! Bad experience would recommend you not see her or not care what the results are.Service: Haircut

I ended up leaving wrote I could even be seen because the stylists were talking loudly about how COVID was over-exaggerated, that the vaccine was a hoax, and how wrong it all was. I’ve had multiple family members die of COVID. I do not need to hear about how “over-exaggerated” it is. It is not exaggerated when it kills people you love and care about. I don’t care if you’re wearing a mask, (which one of the stylists wasn’t even though there were signs all around that everyone had to and the shop enforced a sanitization fee and that customers had to wear masks) because the city is on a person by person basis with masks. However you should have some basic human respect for the grief of others and the tragedy of this country. It is easy to find another place to get a haircut where you won’t have the memory of your family members who passed from covid so blatantly disrespected and have that ruin your day.
