By pure fluke, I received not a standard pair, but a pair of custom boots that Lane made for another customer. When I asked Vicki about the proportions of the boots, she jumped into action immediately. She contacted Lane and in no time, had my return processed with all postage paid, a new pair of boots ordered for me, and a personal apology and explanation of why my order was incorrect that came directly from Lane Boots. Of course, Vicki apologized profusely as well (although she had nothing to do with the mix up). Through it all, Vicki was upbeat, positive and nothing short of amazing.
