The staff there are really good they're helpful. They explained things to you. I had never had a computer in my life. I bought a portable or whatever we call it computer there. Today they explain to me how it worked today. Everything I've got a mouse to go with it. The experience was really excellent. I had to set there for a little bit and talk to the geek patrol. Or squad, whatever they are about something with my TV and my DVD v. C. R, so they're coming out tomorrow to help me. Get it set up right so that I can use it. Because I can't get it to come across my t. V. As far as I'm concerned, best, buy is a good place to go to biological electronics plenty of parking space. They have plenty of handicap songs. And the staff are very helpful.

Don't expect customer service from this location. I sat on hold for a little over 20 minutes only to be routed to a call center. Not once but twice. First I was asked what I needed and transfered to the correct department. Then I was told that the store itself was not accepting calls and basically told that I could not be helped anyway.Go to Amazon. Or any other store. Wouldn't recommend this experience to my worst enemy.

Recently bought a Macbook Pro from BB (Grand Jct, CO) & I'm amazed to say that I got three pieces of bad information from Geek Squad guys answering my setup questions. A hardware question, a question about transferring Word to my new Macbook & advice about best maintenance practice for battery health. All three answers exactly WRONG (discovered with my own research on reputable online sites). I had to sign up for BB membership just to be able to ask my questions so... major disappointment.Also... My husband was looking into buying a tablet. We saw online that there was a sale but when we asked the BB employee in that department he was clueless & asked us to look it up for him! BTW, there actually was a sale & he was indeed clueless. I think we'll buy elsewhere.

Some staff was very kind and wanted to help, but when we got to the checkout, our clerk was very rude. I had a question about pricing and Requested a price match. The clerk was very absolute and wouldn’t entertain any questions nor request price check. I ended up just returning the item, because I hated how they treated me and would go pay my money somewhere else.

WORST customer service I've ever experienced. They screw up the replacement part orders, hang up on you, and seem to have no clue what they are doing. I shudder every time I have to call these clowns. And then they get defensive when you show them how much they've screwed up. If you have other options, please exercise them and stay as far away from Best Buy as you can.

The Orem Utah Best Buy is hands down the most unprofessional least helpful electronics store I have ever walked into. First of all the manager was standing in the middle of the sales floor talking with two other employees telling stories and using profanity. When I asked for help in the computer section he said he would get someone over to help. Once someone finally came to help he was very worthless. I asked if two separate keyboards would work with my Mac and he stained at me for about fifteen seconds before shrugging and saying he wouldn’t know. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else.
