Went in to pick up a prescription today at 910 am and the pharmacy was closed. Came back again at 940 and it was still closed. Had to go back home without my medication. I understand things come up with people that work there but there should be back plans in place. It takes me a while to get to the pharmacy and now i have to go back again just to get my script filled. The pharmacy hours are 9 am to 7 pm. Will likely switch pharmacies at this point.

There's a lot of negative reviews here but, I've never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone in the pharmacy is very kind and easy to speak with. They've always been able to explain things and answer my questions thoroughly without rushing me out. I am a repeat offender of forgetting to refill my meds ahead of time and they always refill them very quickly when I run out and request them last minute. Very sweet folks here, they do their jobs well! (:

I read all the negative reviews about this pharmacy, but wanted to share an excellent experience we had today. Last night, my daughter had an anaphylactic reaction and was taken by ambulance to the ER. She used both Auvi-Q epinephrine devices and had none left. The hospital sent a prescription to the Golden Walgreens. We looked last night and thought the pharmacy opened at 8am, but realized once we got there that the pharmacy doesn't open until 9am. We were told they had just opened and we'd have to give them time to fill the prescription... come back in an hour. I mentioned I was leaving Golden to head home and my daughter doesn't have a car, so I was nervous about her not having life-saving epinephrine after her reaction last night. She had classes all day and I didn't know when she would be able get back to pick up the prescription. One employee told the other (the one who said to come back in an hour) that said she'd take care of the prescription and she did. The compassion she showed was greatly appreciated. I wish I had gotten her name. I realize it was our mistake about the pharmacy hours, and I am very thankful this employee took pity on us and got the prescription filled. She also looked for a coupon to bring the price down a bit. Walgreens needs more pharmacy staff like her! PS My daughter had a biphasic reaction 24 hours after her anaphylactic reaction so I'm glad she has the prescription with her.

What is going on with this place?? They short my prescriptions, then cop an attitude when I go there to try and get an early refill or at least something to cover my lack of meds. I get conflicting emails on whether my doc has refused to refill a script. When I go inside, I have to stand in line for long periods of time.Walgreen's, I am seriously considering changing my Medicare Advantage plan to one that does not include you! Do better! Hire more people!

I had an awful experience at this pharmacy recently. They only partially filled my prescription without any prior notice. When I went to collect it, I was left with no other option but to take it. The pharmacist, Nick, was not good at communicating and provided poor customer service. I had to request my doctor to resubmit the same prescription for the remaining quantity to another pharmacy. I have decided not to visit this pharmacy again to get my prescriptions filled. I strongly advise against it - lack of communication from the staff while filling important prescriptions can cause unnecessary stress.

I have used this pharmacy for the last 5 years and in that time their staaff has made some egregious errors. Once, I went to pick up one medication. The assistant handed me six medications for another person. It's not like he had a similar name or address. Intoloerable.Yet another time, the same assistant double-charged me which is incredible given their automated software.Finally, I had my prescriptions transferred to another store and the Walgreens software verified that this was done correctly. However, this store apparently does not update their data from the main Walgreens Software program and continued to fill my prescriptions. This caused alerts from my Insurance company which delays future refills from the store I transferred to. Never, ever go to this Walgreens.

My experience here was brief and this is not a store anywhere near my house. I needed to buy condoms, lube and a razor. I found all three items quickly, one item with the friendly assistance of a staff member. The store is neat, clean and tidy. There is plenty of safe and well lit parking. Even though I was only in the store for ten minutes, I found the experience to be simple and positive.

Just went into the Golden Colorado location and those ladies in there are awesome! One directed us to a coupon and Sondra helped us in photo. She went over and above and helped us put a photo project together! Super awesome! Give that girl a raise!!!!

I made an appointment and received a confirmation for a specific vaccine that is only offered at certain Walgreens locations. Arrived to find out that the pharmacy was closed due to staffing issues. System online needs to be updated to accurately reflect the hours.

Do not bring your camera film here to be developed! They lost two of my rolls of film and keep blaming Fiji. If I’m dropping my film off with them, I plan on them printing the photos once they’ve been developed from Fiji. It is their problem too. And they were so unhelpful. Absolutely absurd customer service.

Just had abdominal surgery and need a surgical binder for post hernia and abdominal surgery and called the store and the pharmacy transferred me to front then front transferred me to pharmacy then Hanna gets on phone and tells me to go online and see if they have then she puts it in her hand held device and “IF” they have she will hold it for me!? To lazy to walk over and see if they have it. Thanks Hanna you are a real delight to talk to after surgery. Rude and lazy!!!!! Can’t wait to meet you
