Our family had two deaths in the family a year apart, we used Foothills cremation and funeral service for both. I am beyond grateful for Onda! I do not know what our families would have done without someone so caring and compassionate during such difficult times. Every step of the planning, and day of services, and burial were beautiful and stress free for our family because Onda and the team had heard our wishes, and went above and beyond to help make sure everything was beautiful for our loved ones.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service provided by John during a challenging time for our family. John's professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail truly made a difference during our time of need.
From the moment we contacted Foothills, we were met with kindness and understanding. John went above and beyond to accommodate our family's religious needs, ensuring that every aspect of the service was respectful and meaningful to our faith. This meant the world to us and helped us find comfort during a difficult period.
Moreover, the level of care and support demonstrated by John was exceptional. He was not only efficient in handling all arrangements but also showed genuine empathy and compassion towards our family and guests.
Every aspect of the service, from the arrangement of flowers to the accommodation of religious rituals, was executed flawlessly. John's professionalism and commitment to excellence eased our burden during a time of immense grief and allowed us to focus on honoring and remembering our loved one.
We cannot thank John enough for providing such outstanding service. His dedication to the profession and clients is truly commendable, and we are grateful for the invaluable support he provided to our family during this difficult time. His kindness will always be remembered fondly by our family.

Today we laid my Father-In-Law to rest with Full Military Honors for his devoted service with the US Navy in Vietnam. The incredible preparation and entire day went like a Broadway Production, and this is 100% due to the talented staff from Foothills Mortuary and Cremation. Onda and John are professional, thoughtful and organized in a manner that made this difficult day enjoyable to be a part of. Thank you Foothills for your help and guidance with our funeral plans. Our entire family thanks you for making this day so special.

John and his team at Foothills were truly the best during this difficult time for our family. My mother-in-law's passing was logistically complicated because we all live in Oregon, where she passed at home, but she was being laid to rest in Golden, CO next to my father-in-law who passed 10 years ago. John was not the director 10 years ago when we first used Foothills, but you would not have known because his service was so complete and in step with his predecessors'. Foothills took care of transportation, flower recommendations, finding an amazing minister for us (on a holiday weekend!), and even last minute changes to timing on our part! All through the process John communicated very clearly and often about the next steps and stages. He even responded astoundingly quickly when we would ask questions of him after hours. All of it was very appreciated and needed. Thank you, so much, Foothills!

When my husband passed suddenly, I was overwhelmed with all that had to get done. Onda was patient with me, was professional and oh so very caring.
