Decent selection - prices are really high. My son and I visited yesterday to see if they had specific item - we were 2/4 people (1 being checkout gal) and we walked the entire store. Not once were we asked if we needed anything or even said "hello" to. I'm a local and a native to this town. Tired of being treated poorly by other locals assuming I'm a tourist or not worthy of any customer service. Hey management - maybe take care of your locals as they will keep you in business when the tourists leave? Just a thought.

Skips is a great local alternative to the grimness that is Fruita City Market. Do they have everything? No. They do have organic grass-fed beef. Elk. Bison. Locally grown greens and vegetables. Healthy snacks and desserts. Dairy alternatives. They also have an awesome staff. I try to incorporate Skips into all of my shops.
