Montana greeted me with a smile, asked how he could help, then did just that after I explained what I was looking for. He was fully knowledgeable about the differences between the mattress choices and let me know what was available in stock and when others would arrive. I bought and picked up a quality mattress at a fair price with no sales pressure, an enjoyable purchasing experience.
