We recently had carpeting installed by Frisco Flooring in a bedroom and closet. We could not be happier with the service ( and the carpet too)! These guys came in and were extremely polite, efficient, tidy, and professional! The job was done in 2 hours with the furniture carefully moved back in, floors swept, scraps removed, etc. The best! Thank you!

We have been waiting over 4 weeks for a quote, measure was prompt. Called the store 3 times, once talking to the lady owner that said she would have a quote to me the next day. Never got the quote. Went to the store twice for the quote, never got a quote.Hard to believe they won Summit Daily "BEST OF THE SUMMIT."

Terrible installation of LVP. There was no thought on pattern placement whatsoever. I now have a zebra striped floor due to their horrible installation.Go elsewhere.

Frisco Flooring put LVP flooring in a couple of rooms. Seemed like everything had gone smoothly until I started using my heat this winter and got headaches and other symptoms. Then when cleaning the heating ducts below the registers I saw all the debris from the LVP install. The installers had swept all the debris from cutting the planks into the ducts instead of properly disposing. Now there are unhealthy particles circulating throughout the house. Sloppy job that resulted in a hazardous situation.

I had a really great experience with Frisco Flooring. We needed new carpets, but had no idea where to start. The staff who works there was kind and very helpful. They could get the floors done really quickly and the service of the people who installed the flooring were amazing. Definitely recommend their services!

My entire experience with this company was excellent and I can't say enough! I visited several local shops before deciding on The Frisco Flooring Company. Danny was extremely helpful the minute I walked in the door in helping me understand the products and what best would work in our unit with how it will be used. Scheduling the measure and the estimate took a few weeks to complete once I selected the LVT and Carpet. The installation team was prompt and clean and my floors look fantastic! Tanya and Cary communicated regularly and clearly throughout the process. We were faced with the LA port challenge to get the product and they were professional and helpful in that process. Couldn't ask for a better experience and will use them for our Kitchen countertops next!

Went into the store picked out exactly what I wanted. The person working was helpful and friendly. Then waited 3 weeks for them to come measure, totally fine its busy. Then 2 months later I still have yet to even hear from them with a quote, estimated date, or any details about what comes next. I even stopped in and asked and they STILL did not reach out. Absolutely ghosted by them.

We had Frisco Flooring install tile throughout the lower level of our mountain house and new carpet in 3 bedrooms - they were fantastic to work with and did an amazing job! They even coordinated with our painter so both the flooring and painting could get done simultaneously. I would highly recommend Frisco Flooring!.

A measure of a company is how they stand behind their product and solve problems. We had some issues with our Kahrs wood flooring and the distributor completely failed to take action, ignoring the issue for weeks. Tanya was very kind and kept us in the loop. She diligently pursued a response until the distributor resolved the issue to our satisfaction.

We had Frisco Flooring come out yesterday to do a carpet stretch for us and the guys were great. Very efficient, polite, and cleaned up nicely after the job was finished. We initially had a scheduling issue but Frisco Flooring worked hard to make it right. I will definitely call them again when it comes time for new carpet.
