I came into the Auto Zone store in Fountain and found the item that I was looking for. When I went to the checkout to pay, I was courteously greeted by Matthew who asked if I was already signed up for the Auto Zone rewards program. When I told him that I was not, he advised me of the benefits of the program, and that even though I was from out of town, these rewards could be used nationwide. Thanks to Matthew’s courtesy and knowledge, I will be a customer for life. Matthew is a great asset to Auto Zone. Thank you Matthew!

Had some issues with our battery and alternator and the staff (specifically Andy, Mathew, and Jada) went absolutely above and beyond to help come to a resolution. Nit only was the customer care exceptional, but I felt they genuinely cared for the safety and timeliness of my family. Thank you Andy, Mathew and Jada!! You 3 saved our whole day!!

Shout out to Matthew for being extremely competent and identifying a bulb part number off the part rather than having to have to go through the make and model. Took him no time to find and locate product within his inventory Rather than sending me to go look for it

I was here twice.
Both times they got my parts wrong… first a wrong size battery and now a wrong bulb.
Really frustrating.
