Sat in the “business” lane from 2:49 until 3:20 waiting for a basic deposit to be complete. I used to love this bank, however, lately it is getting slower and taking longer.

My credit card was frozen in the early A.M. upon a Black Friday purchase, as their automated fraud system found it suspicious. I called the help number to no avail and visited this branch the following afternoon. I was warmly greeted by a banker named, Naomi, and I am glad I was! She was kind, attentive, patiently dispelled all of my concerns with reasoning, and we solved my issue! Refreshingly patient, personable, and knowledgeable, and if she’s representative of the people at this branch, I suggest you bank here.

Always one teller working, slow and never staffed appropriately. Bankers just sit on their phones while tellers do all the work.

Not sure if understaffed or just poor management. 30 minutes to get service in the lobby and yet they refuse to do multiple services at drive through.

I'll try to be polite but note sure I can. Look for another bank is the only way I can stay polite. Also no one ever answers the phone. Shame.

My son died suddenly and we had to close his accounts. I went to another WF branch and didn’t get much help. We came to the WF branch at College and Horsetooth and met Rose Chavez. My extreme thanks to her for her help and kindness in this difficult time. I highly recommend Rose!

The staff is friendly enough. My only critique is that when you are greeted at the front door they are a bit of nosy rosie's. Your banking business withdraw deposit etc is your own personal business.

It's not this physical location but Wells Fargo as a whole. For no explainable reason they hold checks, grossly over charge on overdraft fees, and give little training to their employees on giving straight answers. I will be changing to Credit union of Colorado

Lines are very long. At least people who work here are friendly, but the lines are way too long and they are always hitting me with fee after fee.

2nd chance checking doesn’t like to work and I didn’t know were my money was at the checkout line at a store.. so hung up on 2 step verification and bad training.

This review is for Rose. I walked in after an awful phone call with a "customer service" person and let me just say they sucked. Rose not only helped me with my worries but also helped me very quickly. She was also incredibly nice especially for how irritated and stressed that was. Thank you so much Rose! The whole company should follow your ethic.
