The guys at the shop are absolutely wonderful and kind people. I came in recently experiencing a weird clicking noise with my Sig. Almost every single person in the shop came over to give their advice and inspect my gun. They took it to the back to fully disassemble the striker assembly and compared it to other sigs they disassembled. They gave me the peace of mind that nothing was wrong and taught me how to take apart my weapon in the process. They all seemed compassionate and invested in teaching me more about my pistol. They did not charge me a penny and I will 100% be spending all of my gun budget at this store in the future. The people here are great and provide excellent service. Thank you Liberty!

This business changed a price last minute in me when I tried to buy a used gun because of staff incompetence.
I went into this shop on 10/18/24 look for older Winchester 94s and they had used one in .30-30 but somehow the staff had marked it as a .22LR and they were selling it for $250. I asked the clerk if the tag was correct because I was certain that gun was a .30-30 not a .22LR and the clerk told me “so it is, someone messed up” then one of the other employees came up and said “oh yeah someone messed that up”. That employee knew about the mistake but didn’t fix it. Anyway I then asked whether the price was correct and the clerk went to the back and then confirmed that the price was $250 so I said I’d take it. We were working on filling out the background check when I asked to step out and make a call. When I returned a new employee started helping me because the last guy Chase had to go to lunch so I hand the new employee my ID and I double checked that it was still $250 he said yes but after a minute of him tying into the computer he said wait a second and he went to the back then when he returned he said “ oh sorry we had it priced wrong it’s actually $650”. When I had left to make a call they raised the price by $400 behind my back so I said I wouldn’t take it then because they tried to price gouge me. All together a very unpleasant experience I would be careful buying used guns here because they might try to screw you over if you step away for a second.

Came to find a new store to suit my needs in my bank breaking hobbies and branch away from the rude customer service at LFI, I found this gem of a store that has everything I'm looking for and fair pricing, every coworker was friendly and treated me with equal respect and wasn't snobby like LFI. I only wish I had found this place sooner and saved myself from LFI in Johnstown.

My go-to shop, I live nearby but even if i didn't this would still be my spot. I've bought a few guns here, but mostly use it as my main FFL for transfers since their fees are cheapest ive found in the area. Most guys I've worked with have been great, Joe especially.
As far as selection goes they have some of the best in town, and even if they're missing something in shop lot of times they'll special order it and their layaway program is great too. If you're in Fort Collins this place beats pretty much anywhere else in town.

It was an aggressively average Gunstore. The only thing notable about the experience was the rudeness of the individuals working at Sid Gunstore. No waste your time. I’m sure they’re way more polite and better Gun stores in the area.

My experience at this store was less than acceptable and every time I call to ask to speak to the owner or store manager, I get one of about 5 different non-managers. How do I get ahold of the ACTUAL manager of the store or the store owner?

My son and I recently purchased two new pistols from USA Liberty Arms, and we had the good fortune of working with Ryan W. He is very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys what he does. Ryan walked us through several handgun options to help us narrow down our choices, and I have since returned with a few additional questions, which he was happy to answer. In retail gun sales, I have frequently encountered people who want to prove how much they know by belittling others. In contrast, Ryan is using his considerable expertise to empower customers, which is very refreshing and helped us make a buying decision when we initially just came in to look. Thank you, Ryan!
