Dennis really listens to what a person needs and then gives you options that work. Rich and Jackson did an excellent job of setting up my new base and mattress. The sales person and the movers were very good people. The only problem I have is that they did scratch both sides of the massage chair. However, once they found out, the manager was quick to correct the problem! You don't find that too often in retail stores, which tells me they are trusting and honest business people.
