Asked Michael to demo the knife sharpener we purchased a year ago. He spent 20 minutes making sure I understood the nuances of the machine. He also professionally sharpened 3 knives at no charge. Above and beyond. That is why my wife and I continue to shop at the Cupboard. Thank you Michael.
