After picking up a prescription for my daughter at a local grocery store pharmacy (and enduring a l-o-n-g wait plus impersonal robot-like service) I no longer take Sam’s for granted because of they are:- Fast . . . usually no waiting- Friendly . . . I feel like there is a relationship which makes it enjoyable plus easier to ask questions of the pharmacist and techniciansRobert (technician) once asked me if I had any summer plans. I mentioned an upcoming one-month vacation. He took the initiative to recommend I get vacation supply and handled the request for me.

I have been with this pharmacy for several years. I've know Rhonda and Eric for a long time and they are always so helpful and do what they can to help and go above and beyond. Robert is also so enjoyable to see as he is so friendly and makes things smooth as possible. I will have to say for some reason the lady pharmacist Janet, I believe has been there just as long does not have the same demenour or go out of her way customers service or vibe as the other team. Sometimes it feels like a struggle just to get help. I wish her belief or service aligned a little more similar to the rest of the stellar team! It just feels like she makes things more difficult than they should.

Excellent in every way. I have been going to this pharmacy for 20 years and they out do themselves every the time. They are all so helpful and nice. I would rather go to them them online due to their attitude and expertise. If I have to go to another pharmacy for some reason, I regret is each time. There is huge difference between them and any other pharmacy experience.

Sam's tire center is the worst tire place I have ever seen. They ignored me completely for awhile even though I had an appointment. The entire crew went to lunch at the same time. When they did talk to me it wasn't exactly rude, but not polite either. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN FOR TIRES.

My card was used fraudulently at this location and I have gotten nothing but the run around. $400 taken from myself and my children on the week of Christmas and nothing so much as an apology. I’m not impressed whatsoever. When I called today and asked for the corporate phone number i was given some generic 1-800-walmart number that did not get me anywhere close to corporate. As a supposed “family friendly” supermarket i would have thought my financial distress as a single mom of 4 kids would have taken in a higher regard of care. Sam’s Club/Walmart is a multimillion dollar corporation and yet they have completely left me hanging during the holidays by a mistake their store allowed in-store with fraudulent activity. I will continue to share my experience and continue to pursue communication with corporate!

Super friendly and excellent service. Robert will go above and beyond to help you out. Eric makes the job seem fun and it's super knowledgeable. It's weird to say but this is the best pharmacy experience that you'll ever get. The people and the prices make it more than worth it to go to Sam's for your scripts or even if you want to get a vaccination.

Nate & Sebastian were life savers in the Tire center. I had a problem with a rental car tire. They quickly diagnosed it on a Sunday morning and were able to get me a replacement tire and out the door inside of 20 minutes. Those guys are the best & went well above and beyond to get my family back on the road, when all other local tire stores were closed.

Normally I would give Sam's a big thumbs up but the last time I was in the Fort Collins store I was accosted by the ATT salesman. Get rid of the ATT salespeople please. All of them. I told this clown No Thank You as I tried to go by, but he just kept on. It ended up being a shouting match. I'm not interested in any way shape or form in ATT anything. This happens nearly every time I go into a Sam's anywhere that they have ATT salespeople. Get rid of them please.

Do not have a hot dog there! It will hit you like food poisoning about 30 minutes later. Omg, it's cheap and now I know why. It was my first hot dog in years, NEVER AGAIN WOULD I EAT ANYTHING THERE,

Enforce the mask mandate. was very disappointed to discover Sam's was not going to enforce the mandate, duevto disgruntled customers. Guess they dont want to lose out on the holiday dollars. Guess I'll switch to Cosco.

I usually have no issues going there, most of the people are friendly and very helpful. I went to figure out an issue with my membership yesterday and the the lady at the desk was the most rude, dismissive, and she seemed like she didn't know how to do her job. She was a shorter, older lady with glasses, I think her name tag said Christy or Chris, but absolutely 0 customer service skills.

I have been a business/ personal customer at the Fort Collins location for 13 years. Covid has instilled in me a deep loyalty for them. Some businesses are not weathering this storm very well but Sam's Club has it down: they have maintained reduced hours (even after the quarantine ended) to allow for thorough cleaning each night, their pick-up ordering system is the best I have experienced with any grocery store, they continue to offer well regulated shopping hours for the at-risk (when other stores have ended the practice) and they adhere to local face covering/social distancing mandates. Sam's has always been good to me and my business, but they have gone above and beyond during the pandemic. I hope they continue to set the bar high so that others may follow suit and rise to the occasion. Special shout out to Misty (pick up orders), Tammy (specialty/ tobacco counter) and Miss Norma (at the door) - you ladies are the best!

Don't go here if you need medications for a major surgery!!! I just had a double knee replacement a couple days ago. The Ortho doc sent me home with a prescription for Percocet. The pharmacy only gave me 2/3 of the prescription due to some rule that only Sams club and Walmart adhere to. Now I dont have enough meds to make it through the weekend! I am really upset!!!!
