It sucks that we have to spend 75$ on a bag of dog food when it used tobe 30$ thanks government. Anyway love the place and the people that work there are amazing. Keep it up lady's and gentlemen

Don’t fall for the pictures next to the water. When you park and walk your pup to check it out before going inside out of respect for the store to not have a possible accident staff will harass you outside to make sure you’ve spent money there so they don’t tow your car. Within 30 seconds of me getting out of my car I was literally being rudely interrogated by a staff member. Then when I walk inside all of the staff is gossiping and talking about the other staff that they don’t like working with. Disgusting experience, I can’t recommend anyone come here. All of the staff working today at 4 should be fired. Will never be back, and would recommend no one come here.

We used their self service pet wash it was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful it was a lot nicer than bending over the tub to bath them

Great pet store! Was at a herding trial and our dog ripped his pads. Was super grateful to find good dog boots here so our dog could continue

Great selection of toys and treats. The staff there is super friendly. a cashier helped me look for something I needed for my cat. When we couldn't find it at the store show looked it up in the system to see if any other stores near by had one and set it up to get transferred to that location and told me she'd call when it came in. She ended up calling me back when she discovered it wasn't what I was actually looking for and even suggested alternatives i could by elsewhere.

Best, friendly help and competitive prices. I was already buying my dog food, and we just adopted a cat they had available. My Son and I were so blessed with all of their wonderful help!Cassie and Ree went above and beyond to help us and had such great ideas on acclimenting our new kitty. They kindly and patiently answered my many questions. I highly recommend them and Poudre Pet!

This awesome pet and feed store is absolutely crammed with useful items. Have horses, poultry, dogs, cats, parakeets, rats, and/or a salamander? We have all of the above and have been able to shop for everyone all at once here. Great selection of dog toys in particular.

This place does not stand behind half of the products they sell… especially leashes and harnesses. We purchased several defective harnesses and leashes that had a manufacturers defect and the manager Heather was very rude and claimed they didn’t sell those brands in their store.. despite having a receipt. The store is always very messy and the staff is a group of women who sit and gossip all while being on their phones. This location has really deteriorated over the years. Prices went up - customer service went down. These are the reasons why places like like Poudre Pet Supply will always loose the war against the big box stores who stand behind their products.Also it always smells like urine in every corner of the store.Yikes!

A collection of some of the rudest staff members you could find! They literally all seem like they are miserable and do everything possible to prevent answering questions or providing customer service. The prices at this store go up each month but somehow the store gets messier and the staff gets meaner. You’d think you’d at least get a smile after spending $200+. Also noticed a ton of expired products that are still on the shelf. We’ve attempted to “shop local”’but Poudre Pet has gone down hill. Chewy, Petco, Petsmart at least have standards they run and the prices are cheaper. So long to the once reputable Poudre Pet store. will NEVER return.
