“Came for the dog wash and a new harness. Super excited by the selection AND the store sourced a product line from New Hampshire, at a great price and guaranteed. Bought the harness and a matching leash. Plenty of help at the store and everyone is so kind and friendly. The wash room was large and I didn't feel rushed. Will definately be back! Thank you.”

“This place is almost always in stock with what I need. The one time it wasn't, not even Amazon had what I was looking for. The staff are always helpful and super friendly and the fact that they have a pet hospital, groomers, pet hotel and adoption center all in one place is amazing. If that doesn't convince you, they even partner with animal friends alliance to bring adoption events to the store. Their return policy is also very pet friendly, especially for picky or allergy ridden pets.”

I RV full-time, and have tried another location where the employees always complain or refuse because it’s below 30°… whereas at this location, they’re always friendly and welcoming.
