Begrudgingly bought a second car, but the experience was made very easy thanks to Emilio. He was super-friendly and great to work with. We left the dealer with exactly what we wanted, a very lightly-used Prius.

As a female, I find going into the service depth painful. Feels like a men's locker room must feel. Not a female service person in sight. It would feel a little better to see a woman. Plus, if you are prompted to leave a msg for the service dept, don't expect a quick return call. I bought a new car there and have always had my car serviced there, and will continue to do so. Doesn't mean it feels comfortable for me.

My wife and I had been looking for a Sienna for over a year. By the grace of God, he put Megan and Jeremiah in our path. Within a couple short months, Megan not only found us a Sienna but found exactly what we wanted including additional features. From the beginning, Megan was on top of everything. She communicated frequently and ensured we knew what to expect throughout the process. We left Pedersen knowing we just created a lasting relationship that had our best interests in mind and that we would be cared for down the road. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would highly recommend visiting Pedersen Toyota in Fort Collins and requesting Megan. She and her team are the best!

I've always loved Toyota had a Rav 4 that was a awesome car but we outgrew it needed a larger car and went for a Sienna. We sat down to talk numbers because nobody wants screwed. Well immediately our sales guy Chance says he's not doing this back and fourth and he wanted to give us our down-payment and keys back. He got up from his Desk bumped into me as I was sitting across from his desk. He took a walk and returned more calm and finished the deal and then made it up with Free Hats and a Keychain. I drive it home put kids car seats in and it won't start. It was the original battery from 5yrs ago. As a mom of 3 I don't know how any husband or father could do something shady like that to a mom of 3 Little boys. There was a battery charger right by the front office clearly just gave it enough charge to test drive and get it home. I do Love the van just feel Chance was Rude and Shady. Said they're all about family there and then leave a mom of 3 stranded.

I needed a new car after I was hit by another vehicle. I purchased a RAV4. I placed an inquiry into one on a Saturday night and someone got back to me right away even though they were closed. The dealer (Josh) kept me informed through the entire process from manufacture to delivery. When it did arrive the paperwork process was fast and easy and the salesman even helped me pair my phone to the car. Of all the dealerships I have worked with this has been the most friendly!

Absolutely awful experience today. It took 6 weeks to get an appointment. When I arrived they checked me in, took my keys, had a car drive in behind me and THEN informed me it would be an hour and a half to TWO hours before my car would be done. With an appointment. I was unable to extricate my car from the check in lane without a huge kerfuffle… so I left it to get my oil changed. I gave my cell number as the contact number as my husband wasn’t with me. I called 90 minutes later and they were “working on it”. After two Hours and ten minutes I asked an attendant and they went to find my service coordinator. They had called my husband to inform him the car was done, not me as I asked. Absolutely wouldn’t return, completely ridiculous for it to take two hours with an appointment.

I bought a used Sienna that was advertised with new tires and a fresh alignment. In 10k miles both front tires were worn to the cords on their inside edges. The sales team first said it must have been our fault for hitting something, but then had to admit that made no sense with the even wear and complete lack of evidence of an impact.Then they asked if I had proof that they did an alignment. After my initial confusion at this gaslighter question, I had to walk to their own service center to look up the previous owners service history on the VIN and provide it to the sales team before they would replace the tires and align the wheels.

Emilio, our sales representative, is a class act. He was knowledgable, friendly, and was eager to answer all of our question and concerns. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase. He was thorough in demonstrating the car and its accessories. I feel like he is an old friend and a true gentleman.

We've been loyal customers of Pedersen Toyota for over 20 years. Their service department was average in the earlier years and usually thorough. The last several years, noticed they are not thorough in diagnosing service issues. One example is bringing in our Rav4 for service, inspection and the report showed the battery was fine. After picking up the Rav4, I drive a mile away to grocery store and then the car doesn't start up after grocery shopping. Fortunately we had AAA, and they came and diagnosed and the battery was on it's last leg. They have not been able to fix the noise on the front left side of the wheelbase and just ignored us (while the car was in warranty). I looked under the wheel base and noticed that bolts holding the wheel base in place were either loose or bolts missing.With our Sienna, they had no reasonable estimate and gave us some wild range of estimate to fix it that was several thousand dollars more than an AAA auto shop in town quoted.If I buy Toyotas in the future, will not buy it from Pedersen Toyota. The reason I have been buying Toyotas is family's decades long belief in the quality and reliability, but what use is a car that can't be properly serviced!

I highly recommend working with Pedersen Toyota for your next vehicle. We worked with Brit in sales and Michelle in finance, both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The process was a zero-pressure environment which was very refreshing. We are very happy with our purchase and our experience.

Megan of Internet sales was great in assisting me with my purchase. I was an out of state buyer looking for an exact spec with packages and dealer options I wanted in addition to a manual transmission. She was clear, concise, straightforward, and was willing to work with me not being local. I called or emailed 43 different dealers from CA to NC in over a month looking for this specific spec of truck and Megan and the rest of the staff at Pedersen Toyota were the only ones who seemed to be affirmatively interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Megan to anyone in the Ft Collins area, or even elsewhere, to anyone looking for a Toyota.
