I am totally blown away at the amazing service I received today at Jackson Hewitt Main office at S College Avenue. From the moment I stepped into the office I knew that I would be a returning client. The environment felt like home to me. Aish Sawie was awesome and he got me a great refund. The best part of it was that the service fee was incredibly low compared to what they charge at other tax service offices in town. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend Jackson Hewitt to anyone looking for a great refund on their taxes.

Went in to Jackson Hewitt because the claim is that they would give you money the same day you file . The card that they gave me can not be activated because they didn't send a welcome email , and even if they send me one it will take up to 10 business days to receive. Also tax preparer kept answering his phone throughout the appointment and excused himself multiple times to go in the back was very hard pressed to claim any thing and acted like I was just being a nuisance to him. Then when he went to file he put my email in all caps and said it didn't matter. Now I'm pretty sure I was a victim of tax scam and possibly identity theft

Aish was very helpful. Didn’t feel like i was intruding even though I came in right before closing. I was able to file this year and fix a rejected tax return from a year prior

Worst tax place I've ever been too, rushed to get me out the door, ruined my state income tax, and cost me a lot of money... I went here because I was new to the state, and not sure where to go. Big mistake. DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE.

My whole family and I have been doing our taxes with this company for years and when we needed help because of the audit that they prepared they offered no help. So FYI you will pay them a ton of money for filing but you will have zero assistance if you get an audit.
