Worst Customer service. They think that "Customer Service" means the Customer "Serves" Good Day Pharmacy. Terrible hours (closes at 5:30 so can't get there after work), not open on Sunday, won't let family members pick up your prescription, and are rude to anyone that tries to pick up the prescription. Unless of course, I give the family member my Driver's license, but then I'm supposed to drive to work without my license?

I am new to Fort Collins and am so happy I called Good Day Pharmacy and that Roxanne answered the phone. I was calling with a “many layers deep” issue and Roxanne was amazing! She listened to me with respect and kindness. She offered suggestions as well as possible solutions that I had been unable to figure out. (Even though I had called my insurance and various other pharmacies) Her knowledge on medications and insurance was outstanding. She went above and beyond in helping me. Thank you so much Roxanne. Good Day Pharmacy is very fortunate to have you as an employee!

Can’t say enough great things. I really miss using Capsule, which is not avail. here, yet, but this is a great pharmacy! They were able to compound a special medicine for our infant daughter and also get it approved through her insurance when Walgreens was incapable of doing either.Also the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. What a nice change from the usual giant pharmacy chains.

Owned and operated by women. That's pretty cool, because they are protected from the usual gender disrespect often encountered by female staff from management at other stores. Instead of hurrying to help customers, they are patient, and don't hesitate to offer helpful advice and suggestions. They know their stuff! They care about each customer, and ensure your experience in their store will be happy. This review applies to both the Loveland and Ft. Collins stores.

I know someone who was having a very difficult time getting getting her meds through the mail. This person use to get them through Good Day Pharmacy, and she was sorry she ever changed. When I called, I spoke with Roxanne L. She worked very hard all afternoon trying to get this person her medications without having to pay privately because the insurance sent the meds and said they couldn’t deliver them. This person is elderly and couldn’t afford to pay privately. Roxanne called me to tell me she was able to work things out and was able to get the medications approved through the insurance and this nice elderly person is able to take her medications.Roxanne went above and beyond to get this elderly person her medications. Roxanne said if she needed to deliver the medications after the delivery person left, she would make sure she got her medications. It’s nice to know that there are people out there like Roxanne L. that are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. She really made this person so happy.Thank you Good day pharmacy and Roxanne L. for all you do. It’s a pleasure to work with such a great team.

I called to inquire about a compounded medication for my cat and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unwilling to help me find the medication and dosage I was instructed by my vet to purchase. I simply asked her to help me understand the conversion of units of the medication my vet had prescribed me to the units she was offering, and she essentially told me to figure it out because what I was asking "wasn't translating", whatever that means. The unprofessionalism and abrasive attitude ensures that I will never use this pharmacy.

I found Anne Carter to be right on to what my needs were for Hormone replacements. Anne also recommended a fabulous PA, Roxanne Slayen.My mother went through Good Day years ago and had wonderful resorts. The pharmacy employees at Fort Collins, Loveland, and Longmont, CO. have always been so helpful, patient, knowledgeable of all the produces I was prescribed. I would highly recommend good day pharmacy's.

Terrific pharmacy!! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I have twice been in a real bind with having run out of a critical, compounded prescription and they have come through with preparing it right away. They're busy people, yet I'm always greeted with a smile and fun, friendly service. Thank you, Good Day!

Went in for a compression sock and was a little overwhelmed with their selection, but a tech came out within a couple minutes and helped me find exactly what I needed. The rest of the staff were very friendly despite clearly being engaged with other work. Thank you guys
