December 2022 by Google user
We purchased all new Wolf and Subzero appliances from Ferguson in December of 2020 for a new build. They called my builder in August of 2021 to see if we had an install date which we were not ready for yet. We are now ready for the install (Feb 2022) and they called to say the stove and beverage refrigerator are on back order….how is that possible when they were already in and paid for more than a year ago??? She then tried to tell me that they didn’t have enough warehouse space so instead of calling us to ask us to pick it up they sell it to someone else…..oh, and keep our money (~$50k). My builder informed me of this and I call them and they said they were able to get the stove from another order…like that was a favor for me. However, the beverage refrigerator is not on back order, it has been discontinued. So we already have custom cabinets that have been built and installed for this size refrigerator….which they are now trying to figure out. I don’t write reviews very often, but this is just outright fraud. They take my money, order and receive my equipment, then sell it to someone else without me knowing or refunding my money. Sadly we have to now resort to more formal remediation options which aren’t good for either party. Obviously I don’t recommend this company!

No nonsense plumbing supply. Found what I wanted on their website, which was accurate on inventory. Saw it in hand, and decided I needed something else. They had something that will work even better!

Upon traveling from Nebraska to Ferguson to select our bath and kitchen fixtures and kitchen appliances we didn’t realize until we were almost to Fort Collins that we were supposed to have an appointment. When we arrived the showroom was open and Morgan had a little time before her next appointment to answer questions. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful! She earned a 5 Star Rating!Great job Morgan!!

They will cheerfully sell you a stem for a Chicago Faucet for $25.00, but the washer that fits all the stems they stock and sells for less than $2 isn't something they keep in stock, even though the little rubber washer is almost always the point of failure and the metal parts of the stem almost never fail/wear out. What a crock...Sadly "helping me find" and 'stocking' a part are 2 completely different concepts. I don't have 3-5 business days to wait for an 82¢ washer and your marketing department knows this...I don't need to be pacified with offers of help. I need PLUMBING SUPPLIERS to have common PLUMBING repair parts available when they are needed.

Brandon the person who helped was incredibly rude and show no interest in helping me. Put no effort in looking for the product and suggested I went to home depot to buy it. Even though I had just come from home depot and did not have the product. I was expecting more since it is as they state online a family own business.

This is a a great place to buy plumbing supplies, but the customer service is hit and miss. If you can get a guy named Benjamin to help you, he will make your day a little easier.

Today, I walked into this store in an effort to complete a large purchase including a vanity, tub, sink and fixtures. I was not greeted at all by the sales woman had no name tag on. She completely ignored me and family when we entered. After a few minutes, I made two attempts to speak with her. On the second attempt I asked if we could speak with Morgan who we had an appointment with. She rudely responded by saying. "You, don't have an appointment." She went in the back twice. Neither time did she re address our family. About 10 minutes later Morgan came out and said, "We don't take appointments at this time." Once Morgan spoke with my husband, she realized she agreed to our appointment at 4:30. She acted irritated and bothered and made no effort to apologize for the confusion. She continued to make treat us as though we were an inconvenience but asked what products we were looking for. We showed her the email Aggies Plumbing sent us. She said we have none of these items in store. She reluctantly pulled up the website items and brochures. First of all, why wouldn't she ask what the nature of the appointment was when my husband first scheduled our appoinment, which was one week prior? Secondly, why were we not apologized to for the misunderstanding? We are people of color and there is no way we should have been treated as though we could not afford to purchase in this store. It was as though we did not belong in the store. l am disturbed about the level of professionalism with the existing staff on how anyone would be treated in a substandard manner.
