Do not rent from enterprise, this location or nationwide. Northern Colorado enterprise locations participated in a coordinated scheme to bill customers for hail with no justification, as reported by multiple Denver media outlets. I was given a vehicle with license plate tags set to expire in less than a month. Upon returning the vehicle, enterprise then filed a claim for hail damage with my insurance company. They claim to have an elaborate system of confirming hail during a reservation. They will provide you with no evidence the hail damage occurred while you possessed the vehicle. They will use the insurance claim as justification to bill for other body repairs their vehicle needs that you did not cause. Enterprise decided to inflict me with more pain and inconvenience after the trauma of multiple not-at-fault car accidents. I now opt out of enterprise when needing coverage through my auto insurance.

Not sure why it’s rated a 3.8 right now. I had a GREAT experience and I worked with three different people. Very friendly and very kind. Will gladly use again.

Maddie is EXTREMELY rude and on some sort of "power trip"! She should NOT be employed here. Spoke w/ another co-worker from another Enterprise and they described her as "Passive aggressive and rude" Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I reserved a car while our car was in the shop. Insurance had set it up. The day ended up being the wrong day. I called and told them it would be another day. After we dropped our car off at the dealership I called this Enterprise. I was told they had no reservation and they didn't have any cars available anyway. I mentioned to her we did not have a car. That I had a doc appointment that afternoon. She said I can't do anything. I was so frustrated. She didn't care and blew me off. I looked up another enterprise. Wow was I surprised. They accommodated us and were so kind and polite. I told him first about our situation previously. He also had said he didn't have a car either, then he immediately changed his mind and said we are all about customer service so I can help you. They picked us up at the dealership. Very nice car we were pleased. Don't use this car rental it doesn't have customer service! Lousy

Such a great experience! Luke Faulkner was originally who helped me but every single person I talked with was so helpful, flexible. And so kind. I ended up buying a car through Enterprise( With Mikaela)& just sealed my whole experience with Enterprise. I would recommend them to anybody!!

Maddie is so helpful and accommodating. We’ve rented from this location multiple times and Maddie does an excellent job making our rental experience smooth and enjoyable. She even made sure I didn’t forget a sentimental item which was left in our car! Thank you very much for all your help Maddie.

We had a terrible experience with Enterprise. My mom booked our rental car over 1 month from the date we needed to pick it up for our family vacation. She was then contacted 3 hours before picking up our rental car to confirm our reservation. During this phone call, we were informed that we were unable to use the promo code we were provided. Additionally, during this phone call, customer service was sub-par, leaving us feeling rushed off the phone and as though the representative did not care about the inconvenient situation we were put into. Having not prepared to budget for the car increasing by $300 and with only 3 hours until we needed the car, I was forced to put it on my credit card, adding an additional $200 due to being under 25 years old. That’s not to mention all the other fees and deposit putting us over $1000 from what we had planned to budget for the rental car. Secondly, on the way to return the car, we called to inform them that we would be 30 mins late from our confirmed return time. However, we were on hold for 25 minutes and a representative did not answer the phone. When we arrived, we were shocked to see 5 representatives sitting at their desks after not talking to one on the phone. We were grateful for Logan who waived the late return fee for us as this was the first instance of quality customer service and empathy that we experienced with Enterprise. Overall, we recommend considering another rental car company in Fort Collins as we will be doing the same.

This rental was for a Insurance claim repair. My daughter is under 21 and Enterprise worked very well with State Farm. They were very easy to work with on our end. Very accommodating.
