I rent a car when I return the employee said just to tell where I left it and was OK she was very busy she check the car she knew I was a disable person and laughing she told me that the owner loves to charge a lot for cleaning the car when they where not dirtyShe close the rental with everything OK however without an invoice they charge me 145 dollars when the car other that minimal amount of dog hair was ver cleanWhen I wen to talk to the person at the office she was disrespectful and told me they are not going to refund meWorst car experience I should have check the reviews in this location that probably are not any better that any other location

I really do not know who decided to hire the front desk lady but it was the most terrible customer service ever. I booked a car, checked in , paid in full and drove from Montana to Denver to picked it up. When I was 10 mins away I got a call from this unpleasant lady and she told that my reservation was canceled without any refund because I didn’t show up. LOL.I will definitely open a bottle of champagne when she will be fired

08/23/2023 The worst car that I have ever driven. It wasn't even the same type of car that I wanted, they gave it to me dirty and then told me that I would be fined if I brought it back dirty when THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAN IT or make it smell good. I brought it back to them cleaner than they freaking gave it to me which is ridiculous and makes me feel as if they do that to a lot of people just so they don't have to do it themselves. They also caused my credit card to be locked because they tried to charge it twice since they are for some reason not synced with the app which is dumb. Why have an app that doesn't work with the actual location that you're renting a car from? Finally got that resolved at least. Just a horrible experience. Would never go back or recommend them.

I have neve seen anyone so unprofessional, unempathetic and unethical. Few hours before we were supposed to pick a car for a family trip, an agent from this location, w/o telling her name leaves a voice message "you dont have a car, dont come to this location". No thank you, no courtesy of apology. The previous evening I called this location to confirm my car pick up next day afternoon.When i call back she very hesitantly told her name is Laura and when i requested for alternative, she hung up on me. I ended up paying several hundered $$ more to reserve a smaller car at enterprise for a last minute reservation. Worst experience ever. I left my concern on the budget website, will update this post if I receive any response there. Warning: DO NOT RELY ON THIS LOCATION TO RENT CAR EVEN WITH CONFIRMED EMAIL/PHONE CONFIRMATION.

Review is for Maddison at this location. We had a Budget car rented from another location die in Greeley. After multiple calls and literally hours on hold with customer service and roadside assistance, I got fed up and stormed into this location to get the car replaced. Maddison fought for us with roadside assistance and got a new car delivered to the driver's location. I haven't rented from this location, but wanted her to know that her willingness to fight for the customer is appreciated.

Just like every Budget so far this one and the horrible lady that is there is a rude. Heartless person. I have been broke down 2 times in two different state trying to get home and all she could say was not her problem.. Budget needs to shut there doors

Woman with black and red hair closed early so I could not get my rental. The next morning I went in first thing, and she states was there and there is nothing she can do for me. Called the customer service and they seng me to the budget on south college where I got my car.

Took my money online and then refused to rent the car to me!! Never offered the refund or anything. Just flat refused to give me the car. Had to call corporate to get my refund and told them what happened. I’ve used budget multiple times and never had any issues until now. I will never use budget again after this and neither will any of my family members. Fraud company!!!!

Zero stars, but I had to select at least one.Customer service very poorly at this location. We drove 35 miles with a confirmation number to be told all the cars were sold out.The lady (whom looked liked she hadn’t slept in days), was very unpleasant and unkind.I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews, but I felt the need to leave one for my very bad & negative experience.Please go elsewhere for your rental needs.

Absolute nightmare due to the lack of caring and knowledge of process from the person working here.Was going to overlook the attitude given when came from the back, but then the actions of said “agent” caused a security nightmare on my card that kept me from picking up my rental for a medical need.(Which highlighted less than desirable security practices of my card provider)HoweverStay away if you can - this is a vending machine in a Walmart tended by someone who obviously isn’t happy with the decisions they have made in life.They should seek a different job if being caring, cordial, and competent isn’t their cup of tea.Disgrace to customer service everywhere.

Booked car online received confirmation. Cancelled the shuttle so we could use the car and site see. Budget calls and tells us no cars available. I told them we had a confirmed reservation they told us tough luck. Thanks

Visited yesterday to confirm reservation, she said they may or may not have a truck for us.Woke up this morning to a cancelation email with no explanation or any answers on how to move forward.We were planning on moving out of state in 4 days and budget left us high and dry. It's worth making a reservation with a more trustworthy company, even if it's more expensive.

Wow is all I can say as to how terrible this place is to their customers. I was a little late getting to pick up my truck, but was there well before closing time today. The woman had the nerve to yell at my elderly mother and then tried to charge us an additional 1500 for our reservation that we had already paid for, told us we had to keep the truck an extra week on top of our 3 4 days we already paid for. Then made me call a corporate number and literally pushed me out and closed just to not rent me the truck I had reserved weeks ago. Needless to say I went to Uhaul and had a better experience!

I would give a 0 if I could! Should’ve read the reviews before booking and paying online. Had a reservation for 10 am. I was dropped off by my husband only to find that my car wasn’t ready! If the car you need is not here they should send you a message or update to notify you. Sitting in Walmart while my husband is now home with the 2 children and he needs to get back online for work! Way to go BUDGET!!! Super frustrating and extremely mad!!!
