Big Lots has really improved their age over the years. Store is much more tidy, easier to find items, and carries better quality merchandise. The one thing that hasn't improved all that much is the customer service. Now, in all fairness, I have been in the store and the customer service was outstanding, then at other times it is like the clerk is either stoned or just doesn't care. Fix this fault Big Lots, and you will get a five out of five stars from me!

The customer service was horrible. I sat there for 30 minutes in a store that had less than 10 people in it if you can’t staff a store then close. Don’t waste people time.

Returned an item without a receipt an because I have their "card" I got my cash back without question and turned around and purchased again the same amount.. GREAT STORE!

Prices aren't bad but, not great either. I bought a sofa and loveseat 2 years ago. Both have fallen completely apart. Chair arm broke at base and is only in place because of the fabric and one side of the couch the back is leaning way back. Junk!

I love big lots! I like their decorative kitchen items and the organizer baskets..etc! They have affordable curtains, rugs! All sorts of things! They have affordable outdoor decor as well! The store also has food but the food is not cheap. If anything I found certain things are more expensive. They carry a wide range of items. It's reminds of good ole Kmart. I have noticed over the years their stuff is most definitely better quality! I have never bought furniture there. So I know nothing about that!The only thing I had an issue with was I was interested in a square kitchen cullender and they wanted 20 bucks for it. The bottom of it was dirty like it had been used. They didn't offer a discount. So I passed on it. If I'm going to pay 20 bucks on a cullender then it better be brand new. Otherwise I do like this store!

This Big Lots is one of the best I've been to--and I've seen several across the country! Prices are always great, and you can find a wonderful variety of products. I would highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a good deal on personal care items or wanting to explore gift ideas.

Always interesting and fun to shop here with lots of variety and decent prices. All staff I've interacted with are friendly and helpful. I do notice that some of their seasonal products can sell out quickly but I always find most things I'm looking for here.

Big lots usually is my first go to when I need appliances or household items but this particular location seems to have a small inventory when I visit. But it’s still a good store and has lots of good deals. Great people there too.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The restroom was extremely dirty! The store was dirty. We will be probably order online and skip the store.
