“Most honest, fast, and dependable place I’ve ever been been to.. I went in for breaks and not only was that done fast and affordably he had also pointed out the problem I’ve been curious about and was unsure of (being a broken wheel bearing) He then pointed out and showed me exactly where the problem was, how to confirm that problem, explained what would happen if not fixed and then fixed the bearing in an impressive amount of time. My car drives and feels much better now, these guys go above and beyond what you normally see now of days with anywhere let alone the automotive industry. “I called to make an appointment to have front tires put on my RV. I was assured they were in stock. Called on the day of my appointment to confirm and was told I could come earlier. Worked with Zach. He, and other staff were very friendly and knowledgable. The job was completed and I received a heartfelt “I appreciate you!” From Zach and my RV was delivered by another very friendly man! The facility was clean and seemed very professional. My wipers were inspected as well and may need replaced soon.Thank you for a very good experience! Will be back for the other tires when they are due!”

The install didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped due to no fault on DTs part, but rather to an absent-minded tow truck driver.
My car was blocked in by said tow truck pushing my scheduled install time out. I was not pleased. I made my displeasure known. Rather than brush it off as just one bad customer experience, Mark, the store manager, turned it around for me, proving that Discount Tire understands the loyalty of a lifelong customer and the art of creating a positive customer service experience.
Yes, things may not go smoothly, so be prepared for that. In turn, you can rest assured that Mark and his team will do everything in their power to make sure you're happy when you drive off.
Shout-out to Jeremy who along with two other guys worked very quickly to make up for lost time during the install. Despite my scowl and insistent hovering, he was nothing but pleasant. He truly has a heart of gold.

“We used to shop around for tires every time we needed them for the best deals. After we found this place they earned our business for life. First of all, they do free air tire pressure checks/fill all day. After we bought our tires, we picked up a nail, brought it back no problem, fixed in 20 minutes. They take care of business! Satisfaction every time! Also I notice a few negative reviews on here and I question if they have this place mixed up with the tire shop across the street. I've been a customer at least 8 years with 4 different cars and never an issue!”
