“My company lost power during the snow storm and we were running on a back up generator. We needed fuel immediately! I called mutiple companies, and when I called Escalera Towing and explained my needs Adrian showed up within an hour filled our generator, and continued to fuel the generator for the duration of the power outage. Adrian took care of my needs with a sense of urgency , he was efficient, and very professional. Highly recommend Adrian and his team!”

“Above and beyond. I had an insurance claim on a minor rear bumper fender bender that SVE fixed. While in their shop, I asked if they could look into a replacement passenger side mirror, not part of claim, that I would pay for out of pocket. They looked for both new and used and gave me a quote. They were always in contact keeping me updated on the status of the car. I'm a very happy customer.”

“Unfortunately when you have to call a company like this you're already going through a bad time whether you have a broke down car or you flip out the ditch or you've been involved in an accident but working with Bee-Z towing was a great experience for me. Very professional very clean and amazingly quick service. I have had to call them more than one time because I've had many problems every time I've had a problem they've helped solve it in a very timely efficiently and professional manner with smiles on their face. Let alone these guys are willing to go the extra mile for you remove cars or other companies have told me they're unable to get them we won't be able to get to you for days and they've been there almost instantly great company good guys I highly recommend them I probably should have wrote this review last year when I had used their services the second time. But I forgot to so now that I need help again I'll be calling them here and I remembered that I need to write them a review so if you need help towing your car or recovering from a ditch these guys are the people to call they do not do any HOA or illegally parked car removals they only help people with car issues not make them worse like most other tow company's do. “These guys are the best! I had 3 other shops diagnos a rearmain needing to be replaced. Bill took a look and dug a little deeper seeing the oil coming from the oil pressure sensor being loose. They saved me an easy $1000!”

“I have nothing bad to say about this company. It was just bad timing & a slip up why my car got towed when it did. Overall the guy that did our paperwork was extremely helpful & kind. He made it very easy on us. We were already uptight about my car being towed but the guy was nice & got us out of there quickly. It’s never fun to get your car towed but it makes it easier when the people you’re dealing with have good, positive attitudes.”
“Exceptional customer service! I was in desperate need of getting my popped front tire changed after the freezing cold weather damaged it. Albert from El Dorado tire shop walked across and down the street to my Jeep just to help me change my tire. He ended up checking for any additional holes and filling my front tires with air. As a single woman I can’t tell you how many car shops I’ve went in and the workers take advantage of my lack of car knowledge but not this place! I’ve never had a more honest and genuine experience at any kind of car shop than I just had at this one. Thank you again so much Albert and the rest of the employees that helped me!!
