I had one of the worst days today until I called the Falcon store. I had a read tire that I was certain was on it's "last leg" but when I showed up, Tyler came to the rescue!!! He put a "bandaid" on my Jeep and I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. I'll definitely be back when taxes come in!!!

I had a tire issue that I've been dealing with for the past 6 months. And no one has been able to fix the issue. I decided to come over here to Les schwab And the nicest employee I ever met named James. Help me with the issue with my tire. He was so kind. He put air in my tire for free. And told me when I had a chance to come back. And he tried to find the issue. That was wrong with my tire. I came back. He fixed the issue. At no charge. I will definitely come back to this place when I need service thank you so much.

Fantastic service here, always friendly and fast. Whenever one of my cars has a low air pressure due to temperature drops, I stop in and they fill it immediately. Have hade two patches done here as well, both in a 20 minute period. Professional and courteous!! My next set of tires will be purchased here without a second thought. Waaay better than Big O or Discount.

I was a customer for 25 years. The other day they refused to rotate the tires I purchased from them that are still within their range and within the legal range. The manager was rude and incompetent. I was contacted by LS asking about my experience. I've filled out surveys sent emails. LS shows concern on social media and Google but has not responded in any way. The customer service is appalling!!!! I will not spend another dollar at LS. Rip off!

Friendly and great service. I went to big 0 tires for fix a patch and they told me is gonna be one and half hours, I decided went other place.The Les Schwab employees friendly talk to me, set up some inform and start working on my car. Less than 30mins they said the patch is fix,and it was done for free today. Highly recommend their service.

Could not recommend more. I purchased my tires new from les Schwab about a year ago and recently noticed I had a low tire. I swung by to see if I could get some air at 545 and James said I probably had a nail and he would get it taken care of. They close at 6 and I really didn’t expect them to fix it since they would be closing soon. These folks know customer service! Thank you James and Les Schwab Falcon!!

I went to discount tires for a quick hole patch and they put a plug in and said it can’t be fixed. I decided to go to Les Schwab and Carlos was amazing. He met me at my car, took the tire out of the back, patched it, and even put it back in the car all within 15 minutes. Amazing service. Definitely deserve five stars.

Very careless.Not trusting their repairs.My first vehicle after tire rotation they forgot to tighten bolts and wheel almost came off.They apologized.Now 2 days ago had a nail in vehicle .they put plug in the tire where I did not think would be safe,however I was assured it will be Ok.Well driving 2 days lated air leaking from the plug.Thank goodness we were not driving fast.Now replacing tire at different place.Would not recommended

Excellent! Bought 4 new tires, employees are friendly, professional and did and excellent job on installation. The store is new, clean and well kept, the waiting room is spacious with plenty of seating.

The Falcon, Co store is so convenient, but I will not be purchasing from that store again. Recently I bought 2 full sets of tires for my trucks and tires for my SkidSteer. Tires are great as usual! While I was getting my tires changed, there was, evidently, a tool that they were using chipped my tire rim. Tanner ordered a new one, at their expense, for a replacement rim. I went in yesterday, 9/13/23, to have it changed. The guys changed it and the manager on duty, (not Tanner) came up to me and said he didn't believe it was their responsibility to replace the rim. He didn't think that any of their tools did the damage. (Well, it wasn't damaged when I brought it in, and it was when I picked it up!) He wanted to split the cost of the rim with me. What?!?! The deal was already done. Tanner explained to me that it happens a lot and not to worry. He ordered the rim and we shook hands. I proceeded to tell the manager to take the new rim off and put the damaged one back on. So much garbage!!! I will never shop at this store while this manager still works there. I'll go into the Springs. Unbelievable! Pissing backwards is not a good look Les Schwab! I will let everyone that I know what terrible customer service exists in Falcon! Very disappointing...
