I have been taking my Subaru to Evan’s Auto Repair for several years and have to say that their service is always absolutely exceptional. This small-town friendly staff is incredibly knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to ensure repairs are done right. I had a problem ONE time with a part that failed after 8 months, and Kat got it in right away and fixed immediately at no cost. That is honest good auto repair at its best! Their trustworthiness and clarity on price make them the kind of shop that is not easy to find these days... I will remain a loyal customer; they are the best—highly recommend!

I and my family have been a customer for over a decade with Evan. Great mechanic, excellent customer service. He fixes what needs fixing. He points out the need for additional work BUT also suggests NOT doing more work when it’s not needed. He keeps all my cars (5) running including a temperamental Thunderbird. His pricing is fair, they get repairs done when they promise them. Kat is great in the office - a few times I needed to be squeezed in and she did it.

After moving up to the Evergreen area last year, we searched for an auto repair shop that was big enough to handle every job but small enough to have that personalized customer service. Great work, reasonable prices and the best customer service all the way around!! Thank you!

I feel so much safer driving my car knowing that it has been serviced by the folks at Evans Auto. They provide a valuable service to our community and we are lucky to have them up here. Evan always makes sure to drive every car before it leaves to ensure it is completely fixed. I always feel like family and that they truly care about the customers. It's one thing to mechanically get things taken care of but for this lady it's totally another all together when you feel that the owners go the extra mile and really care. I felt catered to the first time I walked in there and every time since.
