Visiting Estes Park and my puppy got ill. What an amazing staff! They squeezed us in and came up with a treatment plan.

We were on vacation and traveling thru Estes Park when one of our dogs got seriously ill. Dr C and staff were able to get her in, but unfortunately there wasn't much to be done. They helped us make the hard decision, and showed so much compassion and care for everyone concerned. We highly recommend Dr C and Animal Hospital of the Rockies for any veterinary needs when in Estes Park.

We used AHOTR for doggy daycare while we were in Estes Park. They have a big play yard for the dogs. They are conveniently located in town and easy to get to (behind Estes Park Brewery)! All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The place was clean and didn’t smell like pee, like another place we had been too. Our dogs were happy to return the next day and the following days, went right in, as if they owned the place and had been going there routinely!(lol) always makes you feel good that they weren’t afraid to come back the next day. On Saturday they offered to let us drop off early so we could make our tram reservation. Next time we are in town we’ll be using them again!

Great place and very nice staff. Our dog loved the daycare they provided. He was happy everyday he was there. Reasonable price. We will let our dog stay with them again when we are back in the area.

This place is great! Anytime I've been in a pinch and needed last second vaccinations for my dog, or had an emergency situation and needed to find boarding, AHOTR comes through! They also house and take care of strays that are taken in from Estes Park Pet Assoc. In the summer, I sometimes would volunteer and come up to walk some of the doggos housed by EPPA. I will also say that Ben is awesome. He's come up before on his days off to meet me in order to board my dog. Super grateful for the staff and animals at the AHOR! Don't hesitate to give them your business!

I have to give 3 stars. This is my vet clinic and I do like them and the services they provide, I just wasn't happy about the nail trimming they gave my dog. I brought him in to get his nails trimmed (I forgot to mention it was his first time) but they took him back, then brought him out and stated they missed a few nails. So I thought "Okay, that's fine." Well, they missed more than a few nails, they missed an entire paw plus some and still charged me full price. What they could've done was charge half-price. I am a bit upset about that situation.

I boarded my dog, Chisum, here when we were on vacation this summer. He's an anxious dog and I haven't had to board him since he was a puppy so I was pretty nervous about it too. I am very happy that they were able to take such good care of him. They were great at giving us updates on how he was doing, and they were really great at accommodating his needs. They even sat with him in the kennel to make him feel better, and took him on extra trips outside because they noticed he was happier outdoors. We were able to visit him when needed (only needed to once) and they were kind enough to mail back a couple of his items that I accidentally left behind.Overall, we were very happy with the service we received and I am very thankful they took such good care of my little guy.

Wow what amazing staff and Dr… top notch in the area… they helped me with my dog Vinny about updating his shots and education about the area… if your need a vet for your fur baby these are the people to come too….

My wife and I were on vacation and needed to board our dog for a few days. We were so happy we chose Animal Hospital of the Rockies. The staff was super friendly and reassuring when we dropped our dog off. Everything went amazing and it was so nice to know our baby was taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about her while on vacation. We would highly recommend this place and use it in the future if we come back.

Dr c is so sweet my daughters dog was really Sick I could not afford the other vet so we went to dr C she was so sweet she took Chico in the back and looked at him, than she came out to the wating room and got down to my child’s leave and said I am so sorry sweetheart he has cancer I don’t think he will not make very much longer she says we can help to take his pain away and my Daughter looked at her and said he is not ready to go yet so my daughter was handing her money to dr C for the visit and dr C said no you keep your money!! But my daughter knows her dog she know what this dog wanted him and her were so close so she new he was not we took him home she loved on him than she looked at about a week to 2 weeks before Chico passed and said mom I want Chico to know I will be okay and I said how do you want to do that she said I want another dog so we went and got Smilez and Chico loved him they played together than my daughter said mom he is ready so she was right he would tell her and he did so we took him back to dr c and we had him put to rest!!’

Dr.C and her staff are the best around. We live in Severance and still always drive up when our animals need anything. You cannot beat this office for compassion and per care. No contest

We were visiting Estes Park, and our 15 year old, and never in his life been a wanderer, dog staged a get away from the cabin, they were wonderful at getting us in when he was hurting after his long walk down hill and provided great care. He's feeling much better.
