Great service! Needed to get a flat tire replaced and the service was pretty quick and easy to do. May be a bit on the pricey side but it was nice to have it all taken care of in one day.

Place is a scamming people. Had a 9:00 a.m. appointment for a alignment. Inform the tech on arrival that I had a bad tire and was getting new tires later that day elsewhere. I was informed that there was no problem doing the alignment. I waited for an hour + only to be told they will not be work on my car, unless I purchased new tires. The three tries on of my vehicle were fine as well as the spare which could have been used in replacement of the bad tire all same size. They could have easily put those on the front and done the alignment, which was originally agreed to and I would of paid for it. Go here if you want to get ripped off and your time wasted.

They have serviced our vehicles a half dozen times. Hands down some of the best service I've had. I'll definitely continue coming back.

Made an appointment for an alignment, arrived early so decided to get some lunch nearby. About an hour later I get a call from them asking me for specific specs…I explained it should be as close to oem as possible, they simply wanted to fight this. Got my keys back, drove to America’s Auto & Tire of Lafayette - not only did they get me right in without an appointment but they also had my alignment dialed in within the hour and had me on my way again WITHOUT me needing to supply any specific specs or anything else. Save yourself time and frustration and go to America’s Auto and Tire, this Les Schwab location is laughable.

Jerome is amazing. Stopped in after finding a screw in my tire and he got me right in and fixed in no time. He’s positive and personable, can’t go wrong in going to this location!

Awful!!!! 2nd person in the store and a 3 hour wait for a rotation of tires. Go to discount tire so much better!!!

Everytime I have came here or talked with someone on the phone, they have always been kind, helpful and professional. This most recent time I needed all new 4 tires and offered me different price options and I never felt heavy pressure or sales pitches to spend top dollar. My car was completed even before my appointment time so that was wonderful!

Went in for the "free visual brake inspection", website states:
"Come in for a free visual brake inspection. Our service professionals will take a look and tell you exactly what they find. If your brakes don’t need any work, they’ll let you know and send you on your way. If your brakes do need some attention and service, they’ll show you all of your options along with a cost estimate"
Guy at counter: "We charge 140$".

Good people who do a good job. In addition, a very nice waiting room where I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee and a short visit with the receptionist.

The guy with fatty in front don’t know how to behave with customers. Came to buy one tire and he try to sell all tires and I am not baby. Never recommend to anyone.

I had a flat tire and already had a donut spare on. I went in the morning without an appointment and the lady at the counter was nice enough to have someone look into it before I would even commit to stay. I showed them the damaged tire and pointed out the spot where the leak may have occurred. He confirmed that it can be fixed. I went inside and signed up and decided to wait. She said it may take an hour before they get to it. I don’t think it took longer than half an hour before they took the car inside the shop. They were done fixing it within 5-10minutes. The mechanic was super nice and explained the problem and the solution. As I planned on paying for the service, he mentioned it’s covered since it’s a new car. I was quite surprised to hear that they covered it. I very much appreciate their top notch customer service and will certainly come back for any future service.
